Laura is very awesome but the owner her husband is senile. I asked him to come and re-survey my property. He started hollered and scream and said we had a problem a few years ago and he hung up on me. They don’t back their work up once they take your money, they give you what they want, and they don’t wanna back up to another survey company and redo his own work he’s always hollering and screaming very unprofessional. The staff is great but the owner and the surveyor you cannot say one thing to them it No way I don’t recommend this company because they don’t back up their work

The staff yells at you if you ask a question and hangs up on you. Read the other reviews, use anyone else but these people. They also actively use any trick to remove their negative reviews, so they would have more negatives but they get them removed. they don't have to worry about me thou, i will keep voicing my opinion.

NEVER.... I REPEAT... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.... I am a licensed real estate agent and would never recommend any home buyer, commercial property owner, title company or the like to ever call this company. I sincerely wish that I could give a lower rating than 1 star. They hung up in my face twice and then the owner screamed in the phone to never call him again.

Background (to show that I'm not just some disgruntled consumer):
I have a client that had a survey done on their property a while back and they refused to provide a PDF of the original survey even though I had a scanned copy of the same survey but the scan was not clear. When I inquired about the reason for refusal they proceeded to escalate their voices and hung up in the middle of the conversation.

2.8 Stars tells a story in and of itself. But above is my experience.

These people are outstanding! When we were given the run around by other companies I found B & B online. Called and Laura jumped on our request and we had a proposal the same day and services were done, plans delivered and she emailed pdf and CAD to our architect before the final due date. Fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I did not realize this up front, but this company does NOT provide an electronic stamped copy of surveys, even when requested. As a result, I had to spend my time on more than one occasion to either hand deliver a hard copy as needed or make a trip to kinkos and scan it in myself. Even when asked, they did not provide this service. The reasoning is that it is not state mandated. Unfortunately it shows that they are quite out of date and that also makes me worry quite honestly about the quality of the survey itself. If they don't use the latest tech to deliver the survey, who is to say they are using the latest tech to measure? I recommend using a company that is more up to date and happy to save you, the customer, time!

I was going to contact this company and ask them to quote the existing survey we have for a client of ours to update the existing survey. Unfortunately, after reading all of these extremely negative reviews and the business owner that is airing their dirty laundry out and client information online seems very unprofessional and I am glad I read reviews before giving our business to any company. I have always been able to sort through the reviews that someone was just pissed off and unpleasable, but this is one customer after another left unhappy and with a bad taste in their mouth from this company. So I will not be using this company... Thank you google reviewers for warning future customers to not waste their time or money with this unprofessional business.

I called and spoke to Laura regarding a survey and she called me an idiot. She actually called me a f in idiot. When I called back and asked her why she did that, she stated that she was talking to her surveyor. I asked for her name again and she hung up the phone. The most unprofessional survey customer service experience I have ever had. UPDATE: The response from the owner isn't accurate. The response is from Laura who is the person that called me the name. I didn't demand that the items be placed on the face of the survey. I asked if the client had requested that the Schedule B Items be placed on the survey and was wondering why that hadn't taken place. This person is not only bad at customer service and attempted to insult me, she goes online and fabricates a story in order to justify her actions. This is beyond unprofessional and I highly recommend you find a different source for your survey needs based off of the experience I have had.

I should have read the other reviews before wasting my time. I absolutely agree that CARL is terrible at listening and very unprofessional. If CARL had let me explain he would have realized that there was no contradictory information. They were actually 2 separate requests, which is clear to the other 3 surveying companies from which I was been able to receive proposals. Maybe just take 2 minutes to listen to the potential client before assuming you know exactly what is trying to be explained.
