We used them for multiple garages both old and new. Excellent job all around. One of the few companies that provides a great service, product and way of conducting business. We are very happy with our outcome and happy to use them in the future.

I am so pleased with my new floors!! Everything looks fantastic, and the communication with all the guys was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this company. This is the basalt color. The gray looking photos is how it actually looks in person.

I contacted Epoxy Garage Flooring and had scheduling issues on my end. They worked to get my garage floor started the day we closed and did an amazing job! The attention to detail was especially impressive. I will be having them come back to do my patio later this year.

They came in February when the temperature was in the 50's and made it seem like laying the epoxy flooring was fine. The day Aaron was laying my black basecoat he gave my neighbor a quote and told him it was too cold right now to do this and that the best time would be when it was in the 70's. He returned the next day with two teenagers(Taryn's daughter and his son) and the Designer Taryn even after telling my neighbor it was not a good time and layed the epoxy. When finished they led me to the garage and it was complete silence. I had no experience and asked them would look different. They assured me in the morning it would look different and the epoxy will move.  I sent a picture and the referenced picture and told them it was not what I wanted. We rescheduled 3 times due to weather. The first two times I had to look at the weather app myself and tell the 5 star company it might not be a good day due to low temperatures and a rainy day. After 3 months I had to call and text the owner voicing my frustration about the service provided. He informed me he couldn't control the weather, but all I wanted was for his employees to look at the weather before scheduling. I shouldn't have been the one telling them it was not an appropriate date due to weather. Afterwards Aaron did look at the weather and pushed it  back one day and finally on May 25-26 they completed my floors. They didn't bring the children this time and installed it differently in batches. The colors were closer to what I wanted. Aaron came back to sand the bubbles and lay the topcoat. He informed me it never comes out perfect and these imperfections were normal. It should not have taken that long to reschedule, they should have been up front with me and voiced concerns. When you pay 5700 for a 5 star rated business that is the service you should provide at all times. I felt like they were trying to give a product they KNEW wasn't up to standard and if I didn't voice my concern they would have layed the topcoat and took my money. Taryn the designer informed me she did hundreds and KNEW what she was doing. When they showed me the product the 1st time they were quiet and her daughter sent me a ten second tik tok that she later took down and is no longer available. They KNEW the product was not suppose to look like that and instead of holding themselves to a higher standard they were going to let me keep it like that if I didn't call back. They knew I had no experience with this. The product honestly still wasn't what I wanted so I called other 5 star rated epoxy businesses, sent pictures, and told them what happened. They were shocked that I paid that money for the product not to come out perfect and were more shocked that after all of that they still wanted full price. I payed through Zelle in two installments, my bank would net let me do it in one. I didn't send the second installment but after one day of not receiving the 2nd payment Aaron was on it and asked about it. I wish he would have put that same effort into this experience. They were payed in full and if I could do it over again I would not get designer epoxy floors from this company. The 3 stars rating was the service I received. If you are in the willis/conroe area I would recommend companies closer to Houston that have more than one person available to do this. The ones I spoke too had 20 plus years of experience and guaranteed what I wanted. Taryn did inform me that no job can be replicated and that each epoxy flooring is unique.

I am a permanent and total disabled veteran. I am not posting this review from malice but just to inform others. I hold myself to high integrity and this review is not based on my emotions but the service provided.
Also the camera makes it look dark blue but the last picture accurately shows the color of the entire floor. They painted over the runs. (2ND TO LAST PIC)
