We love Grasten so much. Josh Keller and everyone one else there are top notch people. Our service man today, Dennis Brown, is just another example of what a reliable, professional outstanding, above the rest company they are. We intend to never leave them.

This year we decided to go with Grasten Generators for our yearly maintenance because they only do generators. Chris was our maintenance serviceman, he arrived on time, went above and beyond explaining exactly what he was gonna do, how he was going to do it and offered suggestions and tips for the future. You could tell Chris really enjoyed his job… he was proud to work for Grasten. He was extremely focused, efficient, diligent, extremely friendly and courteous, and kept us updated throughout the maintenance appointment. Graston is fortunate to have such a valued, likable and professional employee in Chris.

Excellent service from Grasten, again. Dennis did a great job of explaining everything to me. Working with Grasten is easy - from installation 4 years ago and through out all maintenance and any questions - I cannot say enough about how easy it has been. The generator has worked flawlessly.

Travis did an outstanding inspection on our generator. I had many questions after our generator ran so many hours during Beryl . Travis was patient and answered every question. Showed me how to check oil, and add more. I feel comfortable now if there is another time that our generator keeps us up and running for days. Thank you Travis. Toni Johnson

Just had my annual inspection and Dennis did a great job. Walked me through everything he did and any observations he made. It was good to get back up to speed on how the generator works in case I ever have to go "DIY" during an outage and work on it myself. Great job Dennis!
