I Just had my security system installed. Jeremy Allen was my sales agent and he provided me with all the information I needed to purchase this equipment. He sat down with my wife and I talked to us about how the cameras operate. Once installed Freddie the technician walked me through the process of the camera operations. Each person I spoke with at the office was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. KUDOS to the whole team. May God bless you all.

I’ve had a few security monitoring companies that were ok, but nothing has compared to the quality of service that Ageint has provided. The staff is super friendly and the installation was really simple. Definitely recommend to anyone with a family at home or any commercial business.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam Williford and Ageint Security!
Incredible company with the most modern state of the art security equipment around.
Ageint Security is a veteran and first responder, friendly company! They look after veterans and first responders because they truly appreciate their commitment and sacrifices for our country and communities.
They even employ individuals from military and law enforcement agencies. Adam Williford is a jam up guy. He came out to our home and really took the time to go over our needs for our security. He was able to analyze vulnerabilities around our home and property and give my wife and l a professional assessment. Having been a former police officer, Adam was able to outline how, when and where problems could arise. Based off of his professional evaluation, we were able to put together a system that is going to serve us well for years to come. We will be getting our system installed shortly and I will be posting more about it in the days ahead. If you have been considering getting a security system look no further than AGENT SECURITY!

After having a poor experience with a major national security company and their misleading door to door sales tactics, I contacted William at Ageint Security, who was recommended by one of my neighbors. He came to my house the very next day and together we formulated a security package that fit my needs and budget. Will was very knowledgeable and professional, and didn’t make me feel like I was at a used car lot trying to purchase a crappy car, unlike the previous salesman from the aforementioned company. I had my system installed a few days later and everything went smooth and is working as it should. The installers were also great and did a fantastic job with no mess or damage to my home.

I have been with Ageint Security for about 2 months and I am extremely happy with my cameras and alarm system. It definitely gives me a peace of mind. The alarm system app is so convenient especially when I am laying in bed and too lazy to get up and set it. Our salesman Jake has been checking on us on how our system is doing and that definitely show great customer service. He answers all our questions. When I call customer service I am always happy because they return calls and actually solve my issues. The team that set up our cameras were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the process. They gave me no issues when I decided to change one of the camera placement that was not originally in the plan. The cameras are amazing crystal clear images. I love my PTZ camera especially when I zoom in the images are not pixelated. If you are still looking for a security company don’t look any further and definitely go with Ageint Security.
