Refused to give us a time or even where we were on the list for our survey. We live over an hour away. My wife took the day off and waited at our property for them. She called three times. No answer or return of calls to update her. Finally someone answered around 2:30 just to inform her that our job was moved to the following day. Wouldn't recommend this company. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

Highly recommend this company. Not only are they very professional but they are pleasant to work with. Our property wasn’t the easiest to survey, but they kept at it and got the job done accurately. If you want your property surveyed correctly use this company. Would definitely use again should the need arise. Thank you to the TPS team for all of their help with getting my property surveyed. Truly appreciate y’all very much!

make sure you do you're own due diligence before using these guys. if a property you are purchasing is landlocked, you're footing the bill, they won't tell you. not using them again. I'm out 3k for a survey on a landlocked property I didn't purchase. buyer beware.

This company doesn't follow the recorded documents from the court. The easement fence is not straight. The court documents show the easement starts at one point and follows the west fence to the end point. Then 30 feet over then parallel's the west fence back to the starting point. This company didn't follow those recorded documents. You know why, it's because they only follow a straight line. The boundary fence has been the boundary fence since 1956 or so. All documents show the same thing. Follow the west fence...all documents. The west fence is bowed as in our neighborhoods survey. But this company decided to not follow the recorded documents so that means the easement is off 2-3 feet in places. That affected 3 owners. The 4 owner to paid this company wanted to make a straight easement. So, they did, now the other land owners affected by this companies decision is either losing land or gaining land. Of course, the land owner to paid for the survey got what they intended to do.
My husband sent all the recorded documents to the survivor and on the phone my husband and this companies surveyor agreed that this company made a mistake and he'd sent the field guys back out to survey the easement as the recorded documents said. They came right out and pulled up the stakes and left. This company lied to my husband. This company isn't a reliable truthful company at all. We're having another surveying company come out. And if they find out that this company surveyed the easement wrong. Someone's getting a ear full. We have hired an attorney to dispute the easement findings of this company.

Choose another company
We contacted Texas professional surveying because they did the survey on our property when it was purchased. We reached out to TPS to restake it because the original garbage wooden stakes were long gone and we wanted to install t-post on all lot lines before installing a fence. During this communication it was made very clear we were to be present during this process so that we may install the t-posts along side the surveyor.
They would not schedule our survey until we paid in full (idk if this should have been a red flag or if this is standard) and we were advised that there was a 4-6 week backlog for the survey to be completed. So, we sent the money with the simple request that we be present during the survey and let us know when we were on the schedule. We called the following week to inquire what day they put us on the schedule so we could plan accordingly and we were advised that the survey had been completed 2 days prior. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with this as we very specifically and clearly stated that we intended to be present. We got zero communication from the company once they processed our payment- we did not get an email with a scheduled date nor a phone call or email advising that they were planning to do it sooner or even any communication that it had been completed. Someone called me back stating that they wanted to “make it right” and that they would send the surveyor back out to show us the stakes (the lot is very densely wooded with nearby lots recently surveyed/staked as well- so we wanted to be very clear about our property lines as we are building a fence.) We scheduled the meeting for 8 am on a Friday morning, left our home at 6am to be sure we got there on time as we had to drive through Houston traffic during the morning rush hour… come 8:30, the surveyor had still not arrived. I call the company and was told that he did not finish the job from the day before and had to go back that morning to finish and would be there in 1- 1.5 hours- once again, we did not receive any communication of any kind to notify of this change in schedule. We left the property around 10:30am and got a call at 11:20am that the surveyor had just gotten there and we were not there. I advised that actually, he was not there when he was supposed to be that morning. The response was that he was double booked for that morning- which was not consistent with what we had been told when we initially called. I again expressed that we gave the benefit of the doubt and let them attempt a service recovery but once again, they did not come through on our agreement or expectations and did not stand up to their commitment. Jayden’s response was “Cool, have a good day.” This company lacks professionalism and communication with it’s customers- there are plenty of other options in the area- choose wisely.

I have used Texas Professional Surveying many times but just one of many of their clients. However, they recently went above and beyond to help us. The owner got personally involved and made what was otherwise an impossible situation work out. They have always dealt with us professionally, and delivered timely at a fair price. Their staff is courteous and work for you. I highly recommend them.

As a former employee, I can honestly say that this company was the best experience I've had. The work is very professional. Unlike a lot of companies; employee or client, you are treated like family. The management is easy to talk to and understanding, co-workers are all great to be around, I genuinely looked forward to going to work each day. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I contacted Texas Professional Surveying to get a property resurveyed. I needed this property re surveyed because there was an encumbrance on the neighbors property of a small chicken coop. The chicken coop was removed and I asked Texas Professional Surveying to resurvey the property. When they resurveyed the property they removed another building that was next to the chicken coop. I have been trying to get them to go back now for over three months to get this corrected and the surveyor that went out states that the building in question was not there before which is really confusing because the building in question is a very old building? I have sent them pictures and explained everything to them several times with nothing being done. As a Real Estate Broker I have a ton of contacts and I am part of a ton of Social Media sites that I will make sure and let it be known the service that I have received from this company and advice to not use this company. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received. I always get promised that I will get a call back and I never receive one. I have been dealing with Dulce recently and nothing has been taken care of.
I have attached one picture of the building that is in question that was supposedly not there when the surveyor went back out again and another picture of the chicken coop that was removed. These pictures clearly show that the building in question is an old building that has been there and shows the small part of chicken coop that was removed.
