Josh came on time replaced my garbage disposal quickly and did a great job. Then he replaced my outdoor hose bib which had been stuck to my hose for years!! Great job, friendly and cost less than i was expecting!! Thanks Josh and Joe the plumber

Overall

The best service I've ever received. My son's toilet was leaking water on the floor. I called Joe the Plumber, who I've used other times before. The woman said she would call when the guy was on his way. Literally 5 minutes later, I received a call. The plumber was out within like 30 minutes of my call. The toilet was fixed in no time. I'm so thankful they respond as quickly as they do.

I was having low water pressure issues, called Joe to diagnose the issue. Turns out the house water valve must have been partially shut by someone. Once Javier opened it up fully, no more issues.
No charge for something I should have known better. I'll definitely recommend and use again.

Tech was friendly and efficient and quickly did our sewer pipe inspection within a matter of minutes which found some root intrusion. This was on a property we were looking at and our home inspector didn't offer sewer pipe inspections. The price for this service on its own was pretty expensive ($387) from Joe the Plumber, but it still factored out to what the home inspection with the service would have cost. They were available the day after I called them though they were near the end of the 4 hour window and I had to call them to verify as they didn't call, text, or email to confirm the appointment (which is what I got from the home inspector as well as the AC company we used on this property).

Dropped two stars because the estimate and inspection report were not emailed until 11:39PM. Then, they texted at 1:03AM soliciting feedback on the services they provided. Yeah, not sure why those were delayed so much...

Needed to replace my kitchen faucet so I swapped out the sink at the same time. Marcio was extremely professional and took care at every point of removing and replacing everything.
