Garry did a great a job explaining what to expect from end-to-end! He talked about how the service works, about the insurance approvals and and roof replacement processes. Everything happened fast and as expected! I recommend doing business with Garry and Southern Roofing Texas!

First, let me say that we live 1500 miles away from the job site; the roof that needed repair was on our one and only rental property, which is located in Cypress, TX and we live in California. Right away that leads to the potential for challenges and missteps, so regular, thorough communication is a necessity.

The communication was excellent. The help getting everything approved through our HOA was phenomenal. The coordination with my tenant was proactive and complete. The job itself and the follow up were first rate. In particular Garry did a wonderful job of making sure I was up to speed on everything that was going on. In every way, this was a five star job. I recommend this company without reservation.

We are very disappointed in the service we received from Southern Roofing Texas. We chose this company based off the statements from their website and meeting with their project manager. We were told all the right things but their communication and follow through was extremely frustrating. After missing scheduled start times and damage from the roofers the company promised to repair or replace; however, this also was not completed. We were charged up front but they never provided a receipt. They also took back a skylight that was not installed and did not refund us as we were told. After repeatedly being pushed off about trying to get the receipt and refund we filed a BBB complaint. This too has been ignored by the company. The project manager was polite but failed to follow through with requests. It was difficult to communicate with the roofers or get them committed to scheduling. The owner was rude and disrespectful when questioned. We would never recommend this company for any service. Their inability to even communicate with us has forced us to seek legal counsel for the refund and receipt. Do not use this company.

Called Southern Roofing on a Saturday afternoon. Jackie gave excellent advises upon seeing my roof pictures via MMS. She dispatched the repair person for inspection (free of cost inspection) . He repaired in a span of 2 hours on the next Sunday morning. The pricing was very affordable, everyone we communicated with were very courteous. They even gave us a warranty of 1 year after repair. I highly recommend Southern Roofing! Thank you :)
