Lesley is amazing!! Building a new home and did not have a clue about interior design. Lesley took me by the hand and helped me step by step to pick all tile for the bathrooms/showers, kitchen backsplash and all house floors. Our whole 3,200 sq ft house will be tile! The installation is next week and Lesley is available via text or phone for questions if the installers need her. Great customer service! I would recommend Lesley and the Tile Shop every day of the week and twice on Sunday!! I will post photos when the job is complete!

If I could give a zero I would. Our salesperson Sydney Stansbury, gave us misinformation about availability. I drove 100 miles to pick up the order which was not complete. My son in law had to make another trip. The trim she recommended could not be used as it was such poor quality. Due to problems with availability of other materials, the project was delayed and took longer to complete than planned. She overestimated the tile needed so had a bunch left and then they would not allow a return due to their return policy. Next time I will order from my local supplier. Poor service, poor quality, poor customer support.

We were so impressed with Michelle! After having trouble with our designer/builder in NC, we stopped in to Dallas Tile Shop to see if we could get help finding available backsplash tile with a reasonable turnaround time. Michelle spent so much time with us, offering mutliple options and getting us pricing and availability on each. She also checked the Tile Shop's NC locations to ensure we could get the tile where we needed it. I wish she was our designer!!!

Wow, this place is awesome and so is Emily! She was so helpful in putting together the Porcelain Tile and Carrara Marble combination for my custom shower. AND she did it all over the phone. She would put together combinations and take pictures on her personal cell phone and send me pictures.

She was knowledgeable, patient and kind.

The shower turned out perfect. She understood my vision and made it come to life.

Stopped in on a Friday night literally after closing. Terri was so welcoming letting us in and spending tons of time with us.
