They replastered my pool and used too much calcium in the plaster to where it cracked every where they refuse to honor their warranty. Bunch of scam artist

We had a wonderful experience with Big D Pools. We tried for weeks to find a pool company to replace our pool lights. Once we learned of and reached out to Big D, they came by within 24 hours to assess the situation, and three days later, it was resolved. The communication was excellent along the way. They even did some legwork to ensure we got the most economical solution for our situation. Highly recommend!

My pool computer board fried out after 22 years. I called Dustin and they had Jacob at my home in 45 minutes to diagnose. The very next day Jacob was at my house replacing and upgrading the equipment in the rain with an umbrella. I understand what great customer service is. I expect it at fine dining restaurants, and at luxury automobile dealerships, and I do expect great service from any vendor. However, Big D Pools, Dustin and Jacob specifically, have raised the bar to a new level. This is my 2nd experience of insanely amazing customer service from them. I highly recommend this business.

1st Review in 2021:

Awesome company with amazing service and great people working there. My pool heater died. I called them and they came out the same day to diagnose, and they installed a new heater on the same day. Unbelievable! I highly recommend this company for your pool repair needs.

I promised Ashley at Big D that I would write a great review for them because she went out of her way to get our pool pump fixed with our warranty company. That is not an easy job to do. Now, Big D is busy so you have to be persistent with them, but they did a great job with the repair and were always pleasant to work with. I would definitely work with them again! Ashley and Chance are good people!

I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and the team! I had a valve break after a terrible storm and they were out the next day to get me up and going!! As a new owner to our existing pool I needed a lot of help and advice and Jacob was so helpful and willing to share his knowledge and teach me about my system and share tips and tricks! We had so much air in our pump and it’s COMPLETELY GONE now!! Thank you Big D Pools and Jacob and Jerry for being so kind and helpful! I’m sure I’ll meet Matt one day but until then I just cannot say thank you enough to you all!!
