Rented a wood chipper from them last year, worked for about 10 minutes then gave out due to an issue with the cutting blades. Called and they came out to my job site and fixed it on the spot. Great service.

Matt and Morgan are two of the best! I stumbled on Herc since I was looking for a place close to my house. I have rented from them many times. Great prices. Incredible people. Incredible customer service. Great selection of equipment.

Update: I mentioned how I have rented many times and have rented over a dozen more times since my last review. I rented a small bobcat to move turf around my yard. Because of all the rain the small unit would not move in the slippery clay ground. After making a huge mess I called the store and spoke with Morgan. I told her I needed the larger unit. I brought the rented one back after a half day of use and got another unit. I picked it up at 1 and kept it till 1 the following day.

Upon returning, I fully expected to pay for both machines. After all it was used. It had to be cleaned, etc. But, instead of charging me they were apologetic that it did not work.

Its not WHAT you do for a living that makes you a superstar. Its HOW you do your job that differentiates you from the rest.

I wish they had a place for 10 stars. They deserve it.

After spending 4 days trying to get rental equipment, I needed to find another vendor quick and fast as we needed delivery as soon as possible. I did a Google search, contacted Herc Rentals, and they helped me get set-up to have equipment sent over that same day! It was fast, easy, and incredible customer service! I Highly Recommend Herc Rentals!

I was moving my Company on a Friday afternoon when my loaner forklift from my new business neighbor blew a hose . I called Matt at Herc Rentals right as they were closing on a Friday night . Their staff went above and beyond in a crunch to help me and my companies move continue on successfully. Not only did they rent me a unit ,they also delivered without hesitation . Knowing this ,I kept the unit for 5 more days and they checked on me daily to make sure we were okay and the equipment was performing properly . There are not enough Stars on this page ,but there are plenty of them at Herc Rentals . I would recommend them for Service ,Pricing above all others . So I needed a trailer or a dolly to pull my F-150 to a shop. I called many places and they didn't have one to carry my truck no would they let me rent the dolly. I went to this place and the associate was very friendly. I told him what I needed and gave me two options. The trailer or dolly. I went with the dolly. They got it for me really quick . And also there prices are very reasonable. They treat there customers very well. I would highly recommend going here. It was a far ways from where I am. But I would make the trip there again if I needed. They won my business just from my first business.
