Gil and Michael are great. They are honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable about elevators. The previous person who came to repair my elevator said they needed to get parts and it would take months because the parts were back ordered and wanted me to consider “upgrading “ . I called Dynamic Elevators and they came right over and had my elevator working before they left. I highly refer using this company!?

Dynamic elevators came out and charged me $700 to find and push a reset button on my elevator control. But they did not fix the cause of the problem. After my elevator failed again soon after their call, I discovered the problem was a bad start capacitor. A $15 fix. Resetting a breaker without diagnosing the cause is not repair service. I strongly advise you not to use Dynamic Elevators.

I highly recommend Dynamic. They were very responsive and got out to my home the day after I called. Mike was very professional and very competent, and he was more interested in getting my elevator working properly than in running up the bill. After he got the elevator working, he recommended that the hydraulic oil be changed and explained how to do it if I wanted to do it myself.

I have a residential hydraulic elevator installed by REMI, which needed servicing. The original installer no longer offers service. I spoke with Gil and he was very knowledgeable, he was able to offer a very quick service date, far faster than other companies I called. Michael came to service my elevator and immediately detected the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also gave me tons of tips on how to maintain and troubleshoot the elevator myself before calling for service in the future. The price was very competitive compared to other companies and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Dynamic Elevator.

Amazing and reliable service is what you can always expect from dynamic elevators. We used a different company to install our residential elevator, but that ended up giving us issues every week. We reached out to dynamic elevators for help, and Mike and team were able to pinpoint the exact issues and fix them efficiently. They also point out all the concerns they saw for our awareness.
