Ryan and his team did a terrific job on my new pool. It was such a good job. We also hired him to do our renovation of our community pool. Both projects came in on budget and within the time parameters I can easily recommend Ryan and his team for both new construction and reconstruction.

Billy and team did an absolute amazing job! They came over and instantly knew how to fix my pool, offered a great deal, and brought the experts that went the extra mile in helping to re-grout my tile and fix my plaster issues. They found additional areas to patch (asked for no additional cost) than what were even found during the consultation and were 100% professional. I wouldn’t look to anyone else for pool needs!!!

Took 6 weeks for them to come out for an appointment to estimate a re-plaster my pool. Eventually Bill came out and told me we would have his estimate in a couple of days. A month later and I am still waiting. I am currently swimming in my new pool completed in 10 days by ATX Pools courtesy of the owner Miguel!

My wife and I are so happy with the results from H and H (this is an understatement). They were right on budget, and they completed the job in a timely manner. Their workers work harder than any company I've ever hired to do a job, and let me tell you this job was not an easy one. The pool we got when we bought the house had plaster busting up everywhere, cracks in the foundation, a spaghetti mess of pipes going wild in our garage, and SEVERAL leaks that was requiring us to add water to the pool an hour a day. We received a quote from another company and they tried to scare us on everything and would not commit to a price for the job. Chuck on the other hand knew his stuff and confidently quoted us and kept his word keeping us within budget. Bill and his crew fixed the leaks like geniuses. They spent countless hours figuring out where the leaks were, pressure testing, and after only two days they had fixed the leaks completely (btw, pressure testing is a must in knowing if you have a leak. if someone says it's not needed they are fools). Bill and his crew would not leave until the pool held it's pressure so he knew the leaks were gone. And after a month of using the pool the leaks are for sure 100% gone like Bill said they would be. Chuck was so professional, and was so fun to talk with. He came around throughout the entire project and called with updates constantly as well. I don't have anything negative to say. It was just an incredible experience and I wanted to share so others know that you can trust them to get the job done, and get it done right.

These guys are good. Very professional and efficient. From the first contact with Chuck Pipkin after I called H & H throughout the entire refinish process, these guys took care of my pool. Once the prep work began, it was like a well oiled machine through cleanup; constant communication throughout, which I appreciated. H&H did a great job re-plastering my pool! Chuck was a great project manager and saw to every detail including coordinating with other contract firms and followed up on details to make sure things were going according to plan! Highly recommended.

Update: there turned out to be a minor issue with the plaster. This is when one really finds out he character of a company. H&H absolutely stood behind their work and did a fantastic job making things right. They care about the customer and they are really great craftsmen with a lot of pride in their work. Definite 5 star from owners to project manager to workers.
