10 stars, two thumbs up, and a smile on my face!

Can't say enough good words about them. They came to our rescue in a pinch with a tight deadline. Everyone we dealt with in the office and the field crew was exceptionally professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer for any future surveying/land platting needs I may have in the future.

Extremely impressed. Needed an updated survey on a property because some markers were missing and this team knocked it out in a blink of an eye. I put the call in, and I'm almost positive, it was the next day it was marked out there already. Great survey company!

Our family wants to recognize and send our most sincere appreciation for By-Line Surveying and their team. Our dearest mother passed away quickly because of her cancer and we had discussed for years creating a family cemetery out here in the country, on our land but we never took action. Well, the unthinkable happened and we desperately needed a surveying company to survey our land, so we could meet state and county requirements to designate the land as a cemetery. All other companies were 2 or 3 weeks behind and would have charged us twice as much. By-Line accepted my plea and rushed out to do the survey and delivered the documents to us, so that we could get the approval and bury our dearest matriarch here on the land
beneath the trees, just like she wanted. We will forever be grateful to all of you. Thank you so much from the Elizalde/Laborico/Yepez and Garcia families.

This place is FANTASTIC. I did an email inquiry and received a response the same evening. The quote came back within 24 hours and the entire job was finished in 5 days which was 2 days ahead of schedule. So glad to have found this company. I don't know when I'll be buying another house lol but I'm definitely gonna use them.

Same thing happened to me! The office manager was belittling and disrespectful when I questioned what was promised and what was not delivered; her tone and verbal mannerism was unprofessional/ghetto/CURT.

I was given an estimated completion date of 30 days. THE WORK DIDN’T START UNTIL DAY 30. 2+months later, I finally received the unsigned-paper-plat and a delayed build.

That being said, once they started the work…they were thorough. The price was right too…$1500. Do not pay in advance and keep conversations via email ONLY.
