Never got a call back.
After I left this review Jeff Hunter left my business a one star review because he didn't like the review. I responded to his review on my page and then called him. He claims someone called me back but didn't leave a message because they were on the road. That confuses me because if your calling me while on the road to have a conversation wouldnt you leave a message? When I called him to talk about it he was confrontational and hung up on me twice.
His concern was why didn't I call them more than once? As a customer I shouldn't have to chase down the business that I'm wanting a quote from. Either way if he would have just called me today about my review we could have come to the conclusion that there was some miscommunication (if he's telling the truth) And I would have been happy to change my review to a 5 star. Because for me customer service is everything. Now I can understand how a one star review can make anyone angry. So if Jeff can settle down for a minute and realize that this wasn't handled well from start to finish (except the receptionist. She was very polite) and admit he was wrong and appologize for the way he handled it. That would speak volumes and I would probably believe him about someone calling me back and at that point I would be willing to change the review to a 5 star because it takes a big person to admit when he's wrong and if he's able to do that i will also apologize for letting it get this far publicly.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Hunter Excavation!!!!!!!! They are the best, hands down, no comparison. Professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in every way. My husband and I have had the greatest experience working with Jeffrey on several occasions on different projects and couldn't have been more excited or thrilled about the outcome.
