Overall

The clean up crew for Dalworth was awesome but that is where it ended. It took them more than two years to restore my kitchen. It was not their house or problem so they did not care and that is the way my family was treated. Dalworth did not order enough material, their work was extremely poor and then there were the excuses. The icing on the cake was they did not bother to send me a final bill but did manage to send it to a collection agency and it was incorrect amount (too high) I would not hire them again and I am warning you not to do the same.

I called dalworth after my property inspection because mold was detected. Instead of sending someone out to test for mold that was on the inspection, they sent their own inspector out to see if there was mold. It wasn’t until after the inspector came out that they finally ordered the mold test. As a result of their delay, i could not get the mold test or quote from dalworth during my option period when buying the house. Had dalworth not caused this delay, I could have had negotiated the price with the seller. Instead, dalworth caused and created an unnecessary delay that is now costing me money. If time is of the essence. DO NOT GO TO DALWORTH.
On top of that, they charge 150 for someone to come out and say there is mold. I already knew that!!!!! They say the 150 gets credited to your actual job, but they are lying about that as welll. I’m still trying to get the credit towards the job. They’ve already cost me over $3,000 because of their delays.

Overall

These guys are great! We had an emergency at midnight and these guys came out in a timely manner and got us taken care of. Not only did they work swiftly, it was also very reasonably priced. Armondo and Wade were very personable and knowledgeable on what they were doing. We will definitely be calling these guys back in any future emergencies.

I recently had a water flood in one of my rental homes and I reached out to Dalworth. I was extremely pleased with how they took care of everything, super professional and well spoken. Technicians Alfredo, Armando M., Leroy and Anthony were very great. Will definitely recommend to people.

Overall

Sergio, the project manager, was very thorough and kept the line of communication open as the water cleanup and drying project commenced. He even gave me an outside contractor to assist with wall restoration.

Chris and Saul, the water technicians, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After cleanup then even tried to fix my shower, which caused the whole water emergency in the first place!

Great job Dalworth! I hope I never need you again, but if I do, you are the first call I will make!
