I would NEVER. recommend the Design Center of Frisco. After 2+years our kitchen is left unfinished. Accepted and cashed check for cabinets that were never ordered. Unreliable, undependable

After researching many contractors to remodel my home, I chose The Design Center team and am so thankful I did! Sam was able to take my vision and make it a reality. He was very patient, always available to address any questions, and made suggestions that greatly improved the overall layout and appearance of my home. He handled every aspect of the project promptly and made sure everything was correct and to my satisfaction.

I had an extensive remodel that involved many areas of my home and Sam understood how difficult this can be. He methodically planned and scheduled his projects keeping in mind that I had to live there during the process and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone that walked into my house was professional and courteous and the quality of each contractor was outstanding. They all worked hard, cleaned up any mess, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving my house.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! Not only do they do quality work, but they kept to the schedule and pricing agreed upon. If you are considering any type of remodeling project for your home (big or small), I highly recommend The Design Center! They exceeded my expectations - I would give them 10 stars if I could! My BF and I walked in and we were barely greeted by the four people that were gathered around a desk at the front. We mentioned to them that we wanted to look around and they allowed us to. Immediately after the group of people continued with their talking, very loudly, about depression and suicide. We were the only guests in the place. We can hear everything that they were talking about. Depression and suicide is a serious matter that shouldn't be blurted out in public. That is very insensitive. Anyways, it took almost 15-20 minutes for someone to finally stop to ask if we had any questions.

When we were finally helped, that guy asked us what our budget was. Mind you, I stated a budget based on a QUOTE that was given to me by a contractor. When I stated my budget the guy rudely shook his head and shut us down really quick. He literally looked at us like we were idiots. I do not appreciate nor do I think anyone else would appreciate being treated like that.

The prices here are expensive. You can come here to take a look at demos/samples but save yourself some money and find a bathroom remodel contractor elsewhere. This place obviously didn't care for our business.

I recommend everyone going to floor and decor where they offer free design, cheaper flooring, and awesome staff! YES I SAID IT, free design!

Overall, this place was not professional. They were rude to me, my boyfriend and whomever they were talking about that has depression. I do not stand for them at all.

The only thing I really like were the displays. I wish they had more in their showroom.

We set out to get updating done in our kitchen and they were recommended to us. After working with them I understand why this was the right choice. They came out to our home and were very respectful and professional in listening to what our needs were. They built out a great plan of attack on the kitchen and also the kids bathroom counter top. They helped with walking us through each step and were always a text or phone call away at any hour. Their team led by Juan and Chris did a fantastic job to make sure the job was done right and on time. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the hard work they put in to make sure we were happy with our update. I would highly recommend working with this company!
