Firstly, I have to give a special shoutout to my saleswoman, Morgan. She did an outstanding job working with me to find the exact style of windows I needed. Morgan took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and she provided excellent recommendations without any pressure. Her expertise and patience made the decision-making process so much easier.

The installation team arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were courteous and respectful of my home, taking care to protect my floors and furniture during the installation. The quality of their workmanship is evident – the windows look fantastic and have made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and comfort of my home.

Called last week at 3:30 the day before a trip to ask for help getting our exterior door to close. After walking my husband through steps to fix realized door lock broken. They sent out someone with parts because under warranty. The manager gave us his cell phone and helped talk my husband through several steps when he was having issues after her installed. It was 7:30 pm and he was already at home! Wonderful customer service. Great doors despite this happening! Great service! Highly recommend.

We did purchase from Len. He is very professional and honorable Navy man as well. We will using him again in the future. He is excellent and is selling an excellent product. Customer service has been terrific to deal with and they follow up in a timely manner.

We have decided to replace patio door as well after seeing if we were happy with the process. Will post comments and pictures once our door comes in and is replaced.

I met with Andrew Rutherford in regards to discussing and eventually replacing windows, he was very through with his presentation and how the whole process works. Juan Garay was the project manger for my installation, he arrived on time as promised and was very professional and did a great job with quality work that was performed. There was a small issue with two windows that arrived from the manufacturer, one grate in between the was off center about an inch and the sach was a little damaged. Representative Eddie arrived on scene took photos and informed that it will taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Pella windows and door company and the team members mentioned above for your window needs.

This was our second time using Pella Windows. We had them installed in our previous home about 15 years ago, so we were already very aware of the very high quality of workmanship as well as the excellent customer service Pella provides throughout the process. Our current house was built in the 1960’s and as far as we can tell, still had the original aluminum windows, so it was definitely time for an update. Our salesman this time around, Mike O’Malley, was very helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the different product lines, and made suggestions for what would best suit our home and our budget. He also offered great solutions for some odd sized windows we have, including installing a large picture window in our kitchen/breakfast area that gives us a great framed view of our backyard. We settled on the Lifestyle Series Wood Windows, in natural wood color, and had two follow up appointments to take measurements and test for lead..
Our installation crew was led by a man named OC. He and his crew did an exceptional job during the two day install. They were on time and kept us informed about what part of the house they would be working in and how the job was going. They were also very respectful and accommodating on some needs we had as far as our dogs being in the house. OC has been doing this for a long time, which shows, and he and his crew left no detail untouched.
We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and the end result.
