I have the original plat map from my property. I know where my property line is. Had to hire another company who even said how cbg measured the property was completely wrong. Cbg tried to take more than 2 feet away from my property. This led to my neighbor to put a fence up that had to be torn down because again cbg measure completely wrong. They are incompetent. This company is know for scamming. They didn’t show up on the day they where suppose to. They did not talk to me the property owner they talk to my neighbor about the survey. They measure completely wrong and with out the proper tools. They went in my backyard without my permission while I was not home. I can not make it more clear to never use this company! They do not know how to survey property correctly.

CBG was hired by the seller on the land I purchased. The neighbor behind my property put up a fence and based on the survey from CBG it appeared the fence was sightly on my property. I spoke to the new home owner, their title company, and their survey company. They provided my their survey and they sated that I need to go back to CBG to have them confirm their markings as the survey they did was correct. I spoke CBG and they stated if they get the survey for property behind you they can confirm the discrepancy. CBG came back and said that they can not confirm from the surveys who is correct, and that I would need to pay 600.00 for them to come out and figure this out. CBG was paid for a survey on the property I owned, and they re not willing to stand by their work by ensuring I got a accurate survey. Meaning if their initial survey is wrong, I paid for more land then I actually got. I can only tell you about my experience, but my expectation is if you survey a property, and there is a report of a discrepancy, then you should do your part to confirm if it is true. I recommend finding any other survey company than CBG, as they are not willing to stand by their work.

Brandi was great at managing the details of my work order. I needed a professional surveyor to officially measure and provide documentation for my basketball shot to set a Guiness World Record for longest underhand blindfolded shot. She was highly communicative to confirm all details prior to my scheduled date. The surveyor crew Robert and Nicholas arrived promptly and everything went smooth as I made the shot quickly. I now can submit everything to Guiness and upon completion all should be verified in 12 weeks. I very much appreciate CBG's support and customer service through the process.

Field crew was awesome, informative and helpful. However, there is a massive disconnect internally. It seems no one knows what exactly is going on. Communication is awful. Excuse after excuse. We learned this through almost two months of working with CBG. Yes, ours was techincal but that’s why we hired “experts.” It takes several calls to get simple answers. They no showed us twice. We will absolutely look elsewhere for a new firm.
