Our entry gate was damaged by a service provider and Garage and Gate Service Pros came out, assessed the damages and provided a reasonable quote.

The services were scheduled and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The workers were respectful and courteous.

I would hire this company again and recommend them to anyone needing garage or gate services. They are extremely professional.

During the power outage from Beryl, my son pulled the driveway gate so hard that the weld came loose. I contacted Garage and Gate Service Pros a few weeks later. After the rains stopped, they scheduled for today. The service technician, Anthony, arrived within the scheduled time frame. He quickly assessed the problem, welded the motor, and was on his way! This is my go-to place for remote gate needs. Miguel has worked on two of my remote access gates and has always been prompt, communicative and gets things working smoothly.

There are a lot of places to use for gates and some are less expensive but after using companies that botched installation and repairs, I’ve chosen to use these folks as they get it done right.

Had used these guys for gate maintenance in the past. Had a pedestrian gate that needed to be re-hung. Guys came out and re hung it, used a gloss black paint to paint(NOT what was agreed to and stated on invoice). the hinges, but also to cover up the damage they did re hanging. Now i have a gate that needs to be repainted / re sanded thanks to these guys. Hopefully I can get the damage minimized. Sales guy has disappeared after i sent pictures and contacted him w/ my concerns. TOTALLY unprofessional in every sense of the word
