09- 03 -2024.I bought a 2 days ago trailer for my ATV. And soon I loaded dirt broke. I tried to return it. they told me to bring it back. I drove like crazy for 2 hours to bring the trailer back. And they told me they can accept like that. The person who was on the charge I think the name was Hillary. She told me she cannot take like that. And I I told her. what do you want me to do you want me to watch it for you. She told me to come tomorrow. Is that thing they going to hold my money is going to be very funny. I'm going tomorrow to return wasting another day. And we see what's the answer is going to be. I can't believe it... 09 -04 - 2024 Today I have to return the trailer . And I was very happy with the people who work in this morning. Specially the manager. Quick service very friendly. This service should happen the first day I came to return the product. The manager was last night what's the name was mentioned on the beginning of the conversation she needs to be fired. I remove the one star and I'm going to let you guys 5 +. Thank you for

This location is in desperate need of new manager and cashier. Both were extremely rude to our employee. I accompanied him on 3rd trip and the lady who presented herself as the manager said there was "No one above her" was the most unprofessional of all. Bought a well pump 8-8-24. Spent the time and money to install it at our business only to find out it was defective. 8-8-24 Sent employee to trade it out but they did not have same model in stock. Employee paid additional 250.00 cash out of pocket to upgrade to the next size up, Total of 552.00 cash spent. The replacement pump was incorrect for our needs. Our fault. Pump was returned unboxed to location less than 1 hour later. As we entered location I immediately seen a look of irritation in the face of cashier who almost immediately stated this was going to be a refund. I guess there is a expiration on customer service at this location. No offer to order correct replacement and was told they could not sell what wasn't on their shelves???? She then announced "mail check!"? She called manager over at which point manager almost immediately announced the same thing "mail check" and began typing into the computer... As I begin asking questions she cuts me off several times saying it's to late , I already did it. Then proceeded to state "It's already done just sign this receipt". I am the manager of our company and if I had witness one of our employees treating a customer with such disregard as I was treated yesterday , They would be fired on the spot.

Back in 2020 I bought a small trailer unfortunately covid pandemic caused to many courts was closed I couldn’t register and lost the paperwork I went to the store if they can help me show them the tag permit vin number I spoke with the manager he said leave your information and we call you back and nobody call me I call to the store and I explain to the manager the reason of my call he was so rude he not even try to find any way to help bad customer service thank you northern tool
