Highly recommend using this company. We went through my insurance to try and get my roof replaced. All John had me do was open the claim and he handled the rest. Was a long process but it ended up with a full replacement. Very happy customer!

State Roofing did a great job! My sales rep, Emily, was very knowledgeable and got an estimate for me very quickly. Excellent crew, very professional. Worked steadily and finished early. Kept debris off my neighbor’s property (zero-lot line). Cleaned up everything very well and put my plant pots back in place. Would definitely recommend State Roofing.

I decided to pursue State Roofing solely based on how the owner, John, treated me. His prices are reasonable but John by far was the best to interact with out of all of the contractors I got bids for. He was straight to the point, very respectful and gave me loads of advice which he didn’t have to do. His team quickly finished my roof the same day in about 6 hours. Roof job looks great. I highly recommend this company to others.

State Roofing is a very honest and professional company that delivers what they promise. I got 5 other bids before I chose John Giffin's company and I have been very happy with my decision. Whereas one company took nearly 2 weeks to get the bid back, John got us the bid within hours and clearly outlined all of the products that will be used as part of the GAF system that will get us a 50 year limited warranty (only if installed by a GAF Master Elite contractor, which State Roofing is). Instead of using all sub-contractors, he has 2 of his own men (Mario and Bernie) embedded within the crew to make sure that the quality is consistent and done in a timely fashion. Our roof replacement took exactly 2 days and was completed on 3/10/23. Our roof is gorgeous, and I would highly recommend State Roofing to anyone without any reservations.

I called State Roofing Company after a wind event in my neighborhood, which caused shingles to be blown off some of the houses on my street. Chase from State Roofing Company came out and inspected my roof, and he told me that he thought TWIA would approve an insurance claim for a full roof replacement. Chase came back out when the TWIA agent inspected my roof, and TWIA did approve a full roof replacement. Chase and Emily then came to my house and thoroughly explained the options for my roof replacement. State Roofing Company was able to perform the roof replacement in a single day, and everything turned out great. They also handled most of the correspondence with TWIA, which was really helpful. All in all, I am very pleased with their service.

State Roofing Company got us the new roof we knew we needed but were initially denied by our insurance. The roof of our home was damaged by hail in May 2019, and as we watched all of our neighbors have their roofs replaced, our claim was denied by our insurance, and our then contractor shrugged, simply called it a loss, and moved on.

Nearly 11 months later, Emily found us (in a neighborhood of recently replaced roofs, ours stood out in the worst way), and she explained to us our options, that even initially denied, we could call for an additional inspection, even an arbitration if necessary. Emily and State Roofing Company handled all of the paperwork and it would ultimately require arbitration for our insurance to agree to replace our roof. Our roof replacement was scheduled immediately thereafter, and the exceptional work was completed in only a single day. My wife and I are grateful to State Roofing Company for having helped us clearly understand the path to our new roof, and for having thoughtfully guided us through the process.
