Frank and the Solid Construction team did a great job and exceeded all expectations. I had a large job that involved stucco repairs in multiple areas, fixing three flat roofs, and rebuilding a balcony heavily damaged by wood rot. Frank was very response to my questions and Solid Construction did a great job on fixing the leaks and resolving the issues. They also went above and beyond when it came to the details. When painting the exterior, they also made sure to paint the eaves and downspouts to give it a completed look. When laying the decking for the balcony, they laid a trim that turned it into a showstopper.

The price was very competitive for the amount of work.

Frank with Solid Construction has just completed a second major repair/maintenance project for us and we highly recommend him and his team! Frank is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and highly responsive when needed. When he was here to survey the completed job, he noticed a couple of dead trees that could fall on our home and suggested we have them taken out. We so appreciate him and are thankful we can call on him for any home repair and/or maintenance to insure our home value/investment. ☺️?

Overall

Not only did we have Major Stucco problems we had Structural Beam problems on homes 8 years old. My 5 neighbors interviewed 5 different Stucco Companies and we all agree on Solid Construction.
It took them 8 months to complete all the homes. They were very meticulous in doing the job right and being sure no corners were cut. They gave us a 2 year warranty on the job and we can extend it as long as we up with the maintenance they require.
I highly recommend Solid Construction . They have a team to exceed your expectations. I generally do not give reviews but felt they were most professional and wanted other to know.

Our experience with Solid Construction could no be better. We had a large project with some repairs, adding drainage to the Stucco, changing the balcony and repainting the entire house with protective paint. Solid Construction team and Frank in particular were very friendly, they kept us informed on progress, the crews arrived on time every day and the work was completed with the highest quality, within the expected time. Solid Construction even came a week after the project was basically completed, to install a lamp and the Ring doorbell that they could not do before as I was traveling. Finally I did a thorough check for pricing and they were the best value for money. Highly recommend.

Overall

Had the pleasure of working with Frank and his crew. Their scope of work consisted of:

-stucco repair in high moisture areas
-structural beam removal and replacement
-sealant work around the whole house
-stucco painting for the entire front of the house

Frank was very responsive whether it was a phone call, text or email. Sent daily updates with photos of job progress and his crew kept the work site very clean. They worked quickly and diligently to meet all deadlines and their work was excellent. I highly recommend their services as they clearly take pride in their work and it showed with the finished product.
