Great company, great quality. These guys carried out my stucco repair at a reasonable rate, and performed the work quickly and professionally. My stucco was completed perfectly in 2020, and a follow-up inspection in 2024 shows no blemishes, cracks or defects. Highly recommended.

Stuko did an overall great job. Their workmanship in the end was really good but it took us several tiresome attempts to get them to come back and fix their incomplete work. Several excuses were given. We also had several frustrating hangups in communication with the main office and with the owner Eduardo, so just make 100% sure you know what the scope of work is ahead of time, get a firm timeline of project, and discuss pricing and (and possible changes) in detail ahead of time as Stuko tends to change pricing as they go along if they need to add more work. In the end, however, Miguel saved the day and made sure everything was taken care of to our expectations and was very polite in doing so. He came back and fixed everything! Kuddos to Miguel and the overall workmanship of Stuko.

I feel like the work that was done was performed to a relatively high standard. The crew cleaned up the site and overall we are satisfied. Adrian, the on-site supervisor was the best guy with whom I dealt.

Initially, we asked for a stucco quote. They did not supply that initially, instead they provided a quote for stucco, paint and caulking. When we asked them to split the quote apart, the price of the stucco work went up by $700; the overall price went up by about $4,000. Our painting quote ended up being $12,000 less than theirs; we have seen the work done by our guy and it shows that the quote from Stuko was completely over-inflated.

The communication from Samantha in the front office was atrocious. Our project start was delayed because of poor communication. The obfuscation and excuses we heard became almost comical after two weeks. Eventually, she reassured me to the point where I trusted her…that was a mistake on my part.

My recommendation for anyone foolish enough to work with this group is to understand EXACTLY what the scope of work to be completed is before signing a contract. I tried to pin them down, on four different phone calls, on the exact scope of work and it was my failing not to have them return to my house to define the scope of work clearly and definitively.

It is my opinion that their business model is to low-ball the bid to get the job, then utilize change-orders to get the money that they want to get from the job.

We have a neighbor asking about a recommendation for stucco repair and I do not plan on referring Stuko. Any further stucco repairs on my house will be done by another contractor.
