I had a survey done almost a month ago and told it would take a couple of weeks to get it. Haven’t heard anything so I started calling and no answer. The VM is full. I’m calling Chase to reverse the charges. I needed the survey like yesterday!

Scam survey company, they are a fake surveying company, they dont even have a licensed surveyor on staff which is illegal, they have numerous complaints of mistakes, a realtor owns the company so they make sure its always a perfect drawing when it is all wrong and over priced, verify this by asking to speak to the the surveyor and make sure its not a person pretending to be a surveyor with a strong Hispanic accent license number and verify

My story is similar to the others. Was told my survey would be performed 15 days after I ordered it. Ok ... fine, I guess. I was patient and waited. I am still waiting for it a week after it was performed. Person who answers the phone couldn't care less. She never entered my payment information the first time I gave it to her over the phone, so I had to go through that all over again. So, here I am a week later still waiting for the survey after being lied to that I would have it two days ago. I am about to start a single family development and will never use these people again.

Only giving them 1 because I have to I asked for 3 things to be done they said in 2 weeks. Here I am 4 weeks later having to call them every day asking where my survey is. It's been paid in full so why am I still having to wait? I was told it would have been ready the next day they barely came to do the measurements on my house. Here we are another week after. Still waiting. I call then there like og in 2 hours it will be ready. 2 hours later nothing call back send emails no response. Will never go with them again. Hope u read this and don't choose them!! Oh yeah the 3rd thing was form them to mark my property line. I was told it would be Tuesday now there saying I have to pay more for that

Rarely do you find a professional service willing to share the responsibility in an ordering error, but Prime Texas Surveys, LLC worked with me to get the actual survey I needed at no additional cost. I have used them in the past on what was previously titled a Topographic Survey. Well, things have changed probably due to Hurricane Harvey, and that type of survey no longs addressed my needs. When I received it and discovered the error, they listened to me and provided what I needed. They offered the highest level of customer service and showed exceptional moral integrity and business ethics! Thank you Stacie and the rest of the staff.

I needed an elevation certificate on a previously flooded home I was purchasing for flood insurance purposes. I advised them that I needed it done before my option period was over for insurance quotes and they promised they could get deliver it in time. I paid more than I would've with any other company because of the time constraint I had. After calling them several times they still could not get the certificate to me in time and told me that because I wasn't calling everyday like the other large companies, my request was pushed to the back of the line. I prepaid for the certificate in good faith thinking they would keep their promise, but ended up displeased with their service.

Don’t use this company!! Called and was told 7-8 days for survey and staking of property, 48 days later property was staked but not as discussed. Also used cheap wooden stakes not iron pipe as stated on survey. Had to constantly call almost daily to get any movement on the job. No returned calls or follow up. Also billed an extra $320 on top of $1700 quoted that I had to bring to their attention to get it refunded. They want easy jobs only that require the minimum amount of work. If there was a no star I would use it. The only way this company stays in business is by new customers because it damn sure isn’t on repeat business. I guarantee the only reason for positive feedback was there was “0” work to put in on their part.
UPDATE: they never did finished the job as quoted and agreed on but they did put iron stakes where they did stake but didn’t stake all corners. They did not just use wood like I said above, the wood stakes were for ease of finding the iron rods. Still doesn’t make up for lousy work!!
