I’m so glad I went with this company they were a joy to work with! Communication was great, they weren’t booked months out, were very affordable and did an excellent job. We already had a survey but just needed the corners marked to put up a fence. Normally that would be easy but nobody could find the stakes and out of all the neighbors there were only like 3. They worked really hard though and got it done! It cleared up some issues too. Apparently the neighbors thought the property lines were straight and that we were parking on their property. After getting the corners clearly marked one of them came over and said “this is your property line?it’s crooked!” we were like “uh yeah it follows the crooked pipeline”. He accepted it tho and was fine, most likely because they saw the surveyors and knew it was professionally done and everything was clearly marked. He even offered to clear off some of their junk they had on our property that they thought was on their property lol!

This outfit is very responsive and helpful to the needs of their customer.
The rapid return response to a phone call, sans message, exceeded my expectations
and I have yet to hear from the other Surveying companies I reached out to.
Canyon is my choice for a survey team.
Follow up: And my choice was well founded. The Canyon survey team acted in a timely manner, were professional, met my needs++, and were very reasonable with regard to consideration. If you don't engage Canyon, you may miss the mark.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Canyon Land Surveying. One of the biggest things to note was their communication. Every time I called or texted, they answered the phone, big plus in my book. Also they clearly answered every question I had. Another thing that impressed me was the fact that he underbid the job, but stuck to the price he quoted me. Most companies would not do that. They seem like a stand up company with integrity. I will definitely be using them in the future.
