Great experience! I woke up to dead fridge and a mess (water everywhere) and while I’ve had several problems it, this was a new problem. I went looking for a repair company at 6am and found Excellence Appliance Repair where I could request an appointment for same day. Communication was excellent - text messages to confirm time and process, then another message with the photo and name of the person coming out between 9 & 11am. Vasyl was here at 9:30am. He put on shoe covers and gloves to protect my home and appliance. He quickly diagnosed problem and educated me about it. While I decided (and Vasyl agreed) it was not worth repairing the fridge due to all the previous problems it had, he was very helpful in pointing me to a more reliable brand. I am very grateful for his help and I was very comfortable having him here in my home. I will be contacting this company for any other appliance repair needs I will have in the future.

You know that feeling you get when a major appliance breaks down (dishwasher) and you have to call a repair place. That was me just yesterday! I have to say this company EXCELLENCE APPLIANCE REPAIR , located a few miles from Austin, was the very definition of their name. A guy named Alex came out today. He obviously really likes his job. He is young and smart! And he knows what he’s doing and he’s great at doing his job. He is a very kind and gifted young man, I was so pleased with his work ethic. I read a few of the comments left by previous clients . All of them were as pleased as I am. They are my go to people now. Oh I forgot to comment on their very reasonable pricing.

Great job from the technician, Vasyl! He fixed my dryer problems quickly, had everything he needed already and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the situation. Just know that the company policy is that they do charge by appliance. Wish they wouldn’t charge $80 per appliance diagnostic. I feel like it should be one service call applied to cost of any fixes necessary. I had a dryer charge (which I anticipated) AND a dishwasher that was separate and not applied to dryer fixes even tho nothing could be done about the dishwasher.

Alex was amazing. He did some troubleshooting on stove and dryer then clearly explained what was needed and what he could do to help fix the issue. He followed up with a timely response on ordering the parts and when he would be able to come back and fix them both. He was friendly, personable, and very thorough and helping me get my oven and stove fixed in a timely manner. Amazing Support quick turnaround and I really appreciated everything he did for me. Excellent service for my GE washer. Arrived on time, in route updates, very professional. Diagnosed my problem (would not drain, tripped breaker). Ordered the parts and came back 2 days later on a Saturday morning to install. Highly recommended. Use these guys, you won’t go wrong. 5 stars, very pleased.

Incredibly satisfied with Excellence Appliance Repair. Serhii was efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly diagnosed what the issue was (or rather lack thereof) with our dishwasher. We’ve gone through two other appliance repair companies to help and Serhii was the only one to truly help us and not overcharge. I’m also hugely appreciative of the same day service.
