All-State Fence is the best in the business! From start to finish it does not get better than this company! Their office was extremely friendly when I made my estimate request. The estimator contacted me that same day and was able to come out and answer all the questions I had. The installers were efficient and did an amazing job! I could not be happier with how my fence turned out!

All State has done a great job with our fence replacement. We received several bids from competitors across the city and even with some upgrades, All State had the best price for our needs. The install looks great and we are very happy with the final product.

There have been some quality issues with a few of the planks, but so far, All State has been incredibly responsive to these issues and have fixed these problems with no hassle.

I would be happy to use them again in the future and I would gladly recommend All State to anyone needing some fencing work done.

Short Version: They damaged my house, did a poor job, and gave me the runaround. In all of my interactions, I have tried to be patient but it has become very apparent that this company has many communication problems, both internally, and with their customers. At first I got the impression that they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and trying to do the right thing. I had confidence that we would be able to come to some equitable resolution and had no qualms about paying them. Thankfully I was advised by another contractor not to make full payment until all issues were resolved. It seems, however, that much of the emphasis they put on customer satisfaction is merely to save face. While I am sure that most jobs go pretty smoothly, mine did not. 2 months later, 2 physical visits to their store, countless calls, 9 return visits to my house, and I'm tired of dealing with this. Since I asked for the owner to call me more than once, and he didn't, I can only assume that my job was small potatoes and not worth his time. This company left me with a job that didn't meet my requirements and no real resolution. At this point, and after so many interactions, I feel as though I have been begging them to fix it. To top it off, I had a third party concrete guy come out and inspect the work. His first statement was that he would never do work like that and immediately noticed the cracks in the footer and suggested that while some cracking is to be expected, the number of cracks would seem to indicate that the concrete was probably mixed with too much water. Just generally a sloppy job all around. If you have a small job, don't use this company, they are too busy for you and should anything go wrong, it's not worth their time to deal with it.

Update: I'm leaving my original sentiments in this review because it is important to know how I felt during this experience. After posting this review, Nikki got in touch with me and helped ensure that they addressed all of my issues and facilitated an on-site meeting with the owner in which we were able to come to an equitable agreement. While my experience wasn't a great one, they acknowledged this and apologized profusely for it. Nikki stayed in touch and continued to work with me until the end (which I appreciated much more than talking to a different person every time). I may not be fully satisfied with the overall experience that I had but in the end I have to admit that they stuck with me through it all and showed just how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction. For these reasons I am adjusting my original one-star review to three stars. I can't ignore the experience I had, but I also can't ignore the effort that Nikki and Austin put forth to try to rectify it. After talking to the owner, and based on all the great reviews, I suspect my experience was just a one-off and not typical for them.

Great people. Great company. Great work. From the beginning of the estimate to the completion of the fence, we have been very pleased with the process. Everything is perfect and they have the best price around. We definitely recommend and will be referring All-State Fence!
