The service by Logan Tyler today was outstanding. He arrived on time and was friendly, patient, detailed, thorough and professional. He wasted no time in taking care of business while addressing my questions and describing what he was doing and why he was doing it. Welborn is the type of company I hoped they would be, and Logan represented them well. I will definitely invite them the next time I need their type of assistance.

The representatives was very professional. He offered two levels of replacement garage door systems and described the differences in a clear way. The openers were installed and they work in just the way they were described. Post-installation cleanup was done very effectively. We have used Wellborn many times and they have always been top-notch.

Very happy with the overall experience. They were able to bump my appointment up a full day which really helped me out. From the initial walkthrough to the install of a new garage door opener everything was perfect. My pre-existing cabling created a small challenge but Mikhail showed some creative problem solving skills in getting the job done. I really appreciate his professionalism and great attitude. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Josh was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my deciding what I needed for my garage door.
Ended up replacing springs that we no where near what was needed for our heavy door! Now the garage door works much better that before!

I bought this home a few years ago and the original garage was very old (the chains and tracks were rusty and loud) and finally the springs breaking on both the large and small garage doors was when I called Welborn. I don’t have the best credit right now so didn’t qualify for financing a complete garage replacement. I went with a top of the line system with two new openers with security cameras built in, two new garage doors and getting rid of the old ones. Also the new tracks would be on rollers instead of chains and the garage doors would be insulated. I was quoted $14K and started with putting down a $3K payment and over the next few months I made payments of $5k and $3K and told them I’d make the final payment of $3K once the work was completed. I was a little concerned that I may be being over charged for the system, but considering all the work that was done, how much I love the ability to open and close my garage doors from the clickers, my cellphone or from a keypad outside the garage should; being alert with video feed of when someone comes and goes from the garage, and how much quieter the new system is I’m very happy and feel like it was worth every penny. Also the guys who did the work were quick, efficient, professional and friendly. I think my only advice for improvement is that they please be sure to check the garage floor for nails and screws, because I ended up finding several inside and immediately outside of my garage. I found them before they caused any tire damage. I also wanted to note that Welborn has great 7 and 3 year warranty’s on the garage doors and openers and if there is any problem after install they will come out for free to fix. Again and very happy customer!
