We had an emergency and the Team at Coastline jumped through hoops to get us up and running! We highly recommend this team in a time when everyone seems to have No Customer Service this organization understands URGENCY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE … they are truly wonderful… thanks y’all are AWESOME!

Overall

Our shutters were just installed and I am so pleased. I didn't think they would look that great based on the appearance of many homes in my area that have the older ones. They really look great!

The service I've received from the company has been stellar. The installers were polite and efficient as well as very patient with our 3 year old granddaughter and overly friendly dogs.

I'm so proud to have been able to support local and get such fabulous service.

We were very impressed with coastal shutters. We had an issue with our front door shutter and they were able to squeeze us in the next day to look at it. They were on time and they are less than 15 minutes before they diagnose the problem. It was an easy fix and an inexpensive trip charge. I would highly recommend them on their customer service alone.

Overall

I opted to have gutters and shutters installed on my house along with interior blinds. Everyone I dealt with in this process was professional and courteous. The two gentlemen who came out to do the actual installation were nice and answered any questions I had and got the work done right the first time. The work they did on my house looks great and has added significant value to my home.
