Overall

I called on Sunday during the pandemic stay at home phase. They came right out to address a roof leak that was soaking through my bedroom ceiling. All of their professionals were considerate and kept me well informed at all times. They worked with my insurance adjuster so I didn't have to act as middle man and accidentally mis-communicate something. Their work was accomplished in a speedy and efficient manner and the quality was outstanding. I'm ecstatic over my repaired bedroom. I would recommend them to everyone, every time. They made my life easier!

I am a Real Estate Agent and my clients were out of town when I received news that their water heater pipe was spraying everywhere!! Once we realized we needed some serious restoration, since the water leaked through the walls down from the second story attic to the kitchen on the first floor, I called San Antonio Water Damage and Restoration to come to the rescue. They were on call and met me at the home right away! Adib was experienced and knowledgeable about water damage which made me and my clients feel at ease. They dried out all the water and rebuilt the custom home back to normal, if not better. I am very pleased with their professionalism and will definitely be using them in the future.

I did have a water damage in the living room that came from the ceiling. I called Rhino Restoration and they were faster responders and helped me to dry the area and then restored the floor and ceiling. They were patient working with the homeowners insurance which took longer that expected due the adjuster. The restoration was done in 2 days and half, great service and work done. I'm a satisfied customer, thank you to Adid and Dago for the service!!!

I am so glad I hired them! Im very pleased with the end result. I called this company to restore water damage at my house and they came out as soon as they could. They were very professional and knowledgeable with the process. I made it clear I had no experience and needed help in getting my house restored. They walked me through the entire process and were very honest about the whole thing. They are very fair, upfront and professional in their business dealings and do an excellent job with the restoration. If I ever have another disaster like this, I will hire them again, without a doubt. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
