I had my Lift installed 12/06/22. It was a great experience. Julie was my salesperson and could not have been more helpful. Rick and Dan installed the equipment and were very professional. The stairway was kept clean, and the chair installed in 3-4 hours. They were friendly and explained everything as it happened. When they were ready to leave, I had no questions.

Update!!!! Make sure you understand the long-term costs. I had an issue with the remotes not working after I even changed the batteries. I called about the issue and they scheduled a technician to come out. I assumed it was still under warranty since there was no mention of a service call fee. The tech discovered it in fact was just the batteries immediately and charged me $235! I was told that is the minimum charge for a service call.
WTH??? Lesson learned!!!

I recommend Home Elevator of Texas if you are looking for a stair lift. My mother was moving in and we needed a stairlift installed ASAP. I received quotes from several places. Home Elevator of Texas offered more brand options, was the least expensive and was the only company that had lifts in stock. Jenny was our sales person and she was very thorough and pleasant to work with. She made us feel very comfortable with our decision. The best part is we were able to get the lift installed the same week.

From the time I reached out for an explanation of the process involved with installing a ceiling lift to the. quote to the home visit for measurements to the installation to the follow up, Jenny and team have been nothing short of prompt and professional. Blair and Christian are a great installation team. They along with Jenny were so valuable in A little bit of trouble shooting before installation. I contacted Home Elevator of Texas to see what it would cost to get a stairlift for a sister who has disabilities. She's had multiple strokes and her mobility is very limited. I spoke with Jenny out of San Antonio TX location about the cost to have one installed. We spoke about available options since our budget was pretty limited.

Jenny came to our home which is just outside of Austin TX and did an assessment to see what would be the best as far as price and availability. All I can say is she was awesome. She was very compassionate and understood that quality and price were equal in what we were looking for in the stairlift. Jenny totally came through for us and without exaggeration she was amazing.

They dispatched someone within a week of her visit who was able to have the install done within about 2 hours. Blair, the installer, was very thorough. He took his time, explained the use of the lift. He reassured us how safe the unit was and how we should have no issues. Blair was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

Overall I would recommend Home Elevator of Texas. The experience was professional, friendly, and a great experience. I'd like to thank everyone, Jenny and Blair, for their professionalism and their kindness!

My 91 years old grandmother very pleased with her stairlift chair. The chair is very comfortable and easy to use it. Home Elevator of Texas has very good customer service! Ms. Jenny very responsive, friendly and professional as well. The installer man doing excellent job! He work very efesien, friendly and very accommodating as well. Overall we very happy and with their service and product. I will recommend to anyone!!!
