Attention to detail, thorough explanations, friendly interactions, reasonable pricing, and utmost professionalism are just some of the boxes that were checked when utilizing Blue Knight Home Inspections, P.C.

I have purchased homes on 3 different occasions and have had a different home inspector each time. Michael Hermann, of Blue Knight Home Inspections, P.C., has been my all around best experience to date. He was very meticulous and took his time to check every accessible crack and crevice throughout the home. I have had inspectors in the past just say they couldn't reach certain areas and move on, but Michael even took aerial photos using a drone to make sure he was able inspect every nook and cranny. Additionally, he offers a reinspection at a reduced price if you are wanting to confirm that the seller has adequately addressed any discrepancies from the original inspection.

Look no further for a home inspector, because this is the only one you need!
