Luis is great. Could not recommend a better inspector. He is always on time, friendly, polite, and is efficient. He shows you everything and his report is always in hand within a few hours.

Outstanding! I have worked with many inspection companies through the years, but I have never experienced one that went so far above and beyond. The inspection was beyond thorough and clear. They marked in color the items that were the most important. On top of this, they will do an incredible repair report which will in DETAIL give you an estimate of each item on the report and the cost of each repair. There is no need to call for estimates to do your negotiations. They also have WDI inspection in house and they can do engineer reports! This was an incredibly valuable part of our negotiations and I assure you we negotiated more than we ever would have with another inspection company with all the information we were provided with.

We are getting a new home built currently. But as a piece as I’m not a builder not sure exactly what to look for in faults as a piece of mind we decided to go with Your Time Home Inspection as a 3rd party to look over everything builder has done for a phase 2 inspection. This was great decision we made as our inspector (James Williams) worked very thoroughly and found several issues contractors had missed. Only regret we have on our part we wish we had him come in on phase 1. Your Time Home Inspection is very detailed in reports with all types of documentation and will go over with any questions you may have. We will look forward in having James come back for phase 3.
