Overall

Smith Thompson sent out a technician to troubleshoot an alarm system malfunction that forced us to shut off the system. The technician was extremely qualified and prepared for analyzing the issue which he corrected within 1/2 hour with no expensive hardware replacements. They are professional and efficient in their operations and service department. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality security services.

I've been with Smith Thompson off and on for about 40 years. The reason for inconsistency was moving to another state and returning to an HOA that provided security.
When I first started service, I specifically remember Mark Thompson, himself was the person I set up service with. I remember his vibrant personality and his enthusiasm. Over the years he has obviously passed those qualities down to his employees. I have NEVER had anything but A+ service.
My most recent transaction was a week ago when Brett came to my home for a service call. What a dynamic individual! He was thorough, efficient and ever so personable. And, to conclude, my most recent encounter was a phone call within the last 10 minutes when I talked with Carmen in the billing department. So sweet and accommodating.
I normally do not write reviews of this length. It is simply that in this day and age, unfortunately, exceptional customer service is a rarity. Congratulations, Mark, and Smith Thompson employees for your continued excellence.

Gary did a fantastic job in setting up and explaining my new security system! The cameras that he installed have great resolution! I can see everything clearly, even at night with the lights off! Gary was here, on time, each time. He texted me when he was en route. The phone app is user friendly. And the entire security system is reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a security system that is easy to use and highly efficient, Smith Thompson is the company to call!
