We were very pleased with our doors. Working with Castle Doors was a great experience. Adrienne answered our questions, explained the process and helped us choose doors and hardware. Tom came out and measured and then today Armado and Selene installed the doors. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Castle Doors.

I researched iron doors and found many that would drop the door on my doorstep - not very helpful considering their weight. I wanted to find a contractor that would install and make sure they fit properly. Castle Door was very professional from the start. They came to the house to measure and sent proof drawings for final review.

Their showroom has a few dozen doors as examples and even accommodated a dog lover - I provided the doggie door, they installed it. The installation crew were meticulous, cleaned up after the installation and gave a tutorial on how to adjust the tension.

I love the doors and would highly recommend Castle Doors.

We had an amazing experience with Castle Doors. They went above and beyond and installed a gorgeous wood door and window grates. They were honest and updated us during the whole process. One thing in particular that impressed us was the window grates. When they first arrived, the installation team noticed that the coating had been damaged during transit. They called Tom (the owner) and told him about the issue. They then took the grates back to their shop and had their metal/iron expert re-finish them and install them on a different day. The whole team is also very friendly and pleasant to work with. We would recommend them anytime! :-)

(Btw, the horizontal bars on the windows in the picture were part of the original window installation. Those windows will soon be replaced to help the grates look better.)

We recently used Castle Doors for the replacement of all of our exterior doors: 1 x Custom Mahogany Wood & 6-Lite Bevel Glass Front Door, 2 x Custom Wood & 4-Lite Bevel Glass Sidelights, 2 x ThermaTru, Star Fiberglass with Full Lite Clear Glass and 1 x ThermaTru Star Fiberglass.

Hardware selection was fantastic as well.

We worked with both Harmony (sales rep) and Tom (owner) on this project. Door options were numerous. Pricing was competitive. Quality was Excellent. Delivery and Installation was timely. Most importantly, everyone we dealt with were extremely professional and take great pride in their work.

We highly recommend anyone considering door replacements check them out - they are a great company to work with.

We have used Castle Doors for both our back AND front door. Each time was an absolute success and pleasant experience. We wanted to take our early 2000's, cheap doors and bring them into 2020 with clean, modern colors, better quality materials, and classier hardware. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to walk you through the process and help you achieve your vision. Harmony is also an excellent communicator and super helpful! Amado is an expert installer, very friendly, and pays close attention to detail while still being VERY efficient in completing the job. We just could not be happier with Castle Door's customer service, prices, and professionalism. I wish I had more doors to replace just to admire their work!

We purchased our house 8 yrs ago and it was built back in 1989 and the door which is 8ft tall and solid wood has been repainted 3 times since moving in as the sun hits it relentlessly every day. Finally, we decided to buy a door and there are so many options. We found Castle Doors since they are close and have great reviews and called to see if they were open due to the pandemic and luckily we caught Tom there and invited us in to come see him. He took the time to explain the various options, of which there are many, and after an hour we settled on a steel door and he helped us design and order our door. Well it was just installed and it’s so much better than we could have hoped for. See pics- thank you Tom. The installers were professional and it was a great addition to our home. Yes that is a window in the door that opens up!

Tom did a great job in consulting with us on our (3) Sets of Double Doors, he came to our house and explained the details of the installation. He also initially offered and was able to get our door hardware covered under warranty as the exterior hardware was tarnished.

His installers were very experienced and had the perfect plan to make our base threshold look good. The installers were careful on removing the interior trim molding so we could re use it, the new doors have a great seal and close super easily, also, the caulking looks great as well. They were good at aligning up the doors in spite of our 16 year old frame not being perfectly square.

I originally was going to go with a less expensive company located on Stuebner Airline with a store front and workshop. Until I went to pay deposit and the owner had the audacity to try to sell me dusty-dirty Thermatru doors that he had in his workshop and would not order brand new doors. The polar opposite is Tom did not know this background info., but when our initial Thermatru living room doors came in he called me and said that one of the doors was slightly damaged and wanted to request another one instead of fixing it in his shop. It is truly amazing the difference from two business owners, also the review from the other company were 3.2 compared to Castle Doors 4.9! I highly recommend Tom and the Thurmatru doors are built solid and we highly recommend, see before and after pics.
