Overall

I'm a maintenance manager and the occasional need for a professional plumber comes up from time to time. I've used American Plumbing on multiple occasions. I've used them to handle both large and small plumbing problems.. Anything from shower fixtures I couldn't find parts for, to finding large underground leaks and repairs. Most times I've called they've gotten to me the next day and some times in the same day depending on their schedule and how early I call. Occasionally it has taken two days due to them being booked up. They always inform me of this and what do you know they show up a day early because of cancellations etc. So far I haven't had anything they haven't been able to handle for us.

We Woke up to a leaking , 50 gallon water heater at 5:30 in the morning. (I called American because of word of mouth)
They said sometime in the afternoon. They were actually here at just before 11 a.m. , and then performed like true professionals. I definitely recommend American for the promptness and quality.

I called American Plumbing on 10/6 as kitchen sink had water leaking from disposal; got appt. for next morning. Tim and Carson arrived promptly. I was impressed by their respect for customer's home by wearing shoe covers! Tim was lead plumber and provided such courteous, friendly, and most importantly attention to detail in servicing my sink. Decided on removing disposal and not replacing. Tim installed new drain piping and checked all connections with dishwasher and sink water flow. Carson did great job replacing my washing machine water hoses, and Tim even replaced my dryer vent hose with one I had purchased. Oh, thanks Tim for sweeping up the dust bunnies :)

I have been a loyal customer of American Plumbing for over a decade. Highly recommend them! They are reasonable too in their charges. Must give a shout out to Troy too, he's the guy taking care of scheduling - great service!

These folks are great. They come when they say they'll be there. Their pricing is fair, their work is excellent. Their last job for me was stripping out old galvanized pipe and replacing it with PEX. This work was harder than it needed to be as the last plumbers hadn't done a complete job. Thanks to David and Tom for making it right.

We have used American Plumbing for years, and they have always been personable, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable too. Most recently they fixed a tub faucet leak - very quick to fit us in their schedule and did a good job identifying/repairing the issue and cleaning up afterwards. Thanks guys!

The time to get someone out to my home was very quick - Same day service, which I appreciate. The reason I applied one star is because I was advised the only way the issue could be fixed was by going through my outside wall because of how the faucet is connect to the pipes. My other half didn't believe that was needed so we declined the service. We were changed a $95 service call. I wasn't advised of this price over the phone, but thats my mistake for not clarifying before the men came out.
Now I was able to get the issue resolved without having my brick wall tore into; so I was charge 95 for nothing. The gentlemen could have resolved my issue; I feel like they were looking for more money. They knew $95 was being paid out regardless of if they resolved the issue or not.

I also never got the company receipt in the mail like he said I would.
The picture I included shows how the faucet looked before & how the other company resolved the issue. It did not require going into my wall.

UPDATE: 6/22/2017 - I will say I appreciate this matter being looked into by Management. I am also satisfied with the resolution. thank you
