Overall

Great service! The Alarm 360 technician was able to get remote access to my cameras connected again within a few minutes, after I had spent hours on the phone with a supervisor at AT&T & a manager Digital Watchdog who could never figure it out. And he had looked up my account prior to arriving and saw a window sensor that needed attention in the kitchen. I had forgotten about it because I bypassed the notification a year prior. I have a very happy customer!!

Shout out to my man Hank! Let me tell you, this guy could sell ice to a polar bear! Incredibly nice and personable. He immediately launched into details about the general security system industry and shared stories of how many other companies screw over their customers just to get a sale. I was skeptical about the claims of quick response times and the functionality of the system but as my system was getting installed, a glitch quite literally demonstrated how fast and efficient Alert360 is! During the installation, the alarms were tested and several times Alert360 monitoring agents called to confirm I was safe and the fire department even showed up to confirm! That demonstrated to me how effective this system and company are! Hank even periodically checked in with me to see how things have went, before, during, and after the installation. Wicked happy with my decision!

Overall

I've been a fan of Alert 360 over the last 10yrs. I recently moved out to the country so having them provide their services to my new home will give me piece of mind. I only wished they would tak into consideration long term customers when re-signing them to new contracts. I still had to pay the install fee. Still I am glad to be a customer.

We haven’t been happy with the service in general since Day 1. My current issue is that after two visits, they still have not resolved our issue; and they keep charging me for each visit. A third visit and charge is now scheduled! Seems like they should get it right the first time or at least not charge me when they have to come back to get it right!

Everything started good, but then they sent a tech out to upgrade my system. Sent the wrong parts and didn’t care that my wife changed her schedule to accommodate them that day. The tech said he was fully booked and can’t get to us until next week. Now, I called another company, they came the next day and gave me the service we needed. Only one down day without security. Also, when I called 360 to ask for them to release my garage from their account, he hung up on me. This will be the last time I will ever deal with Alert 360, and everyone should beware. I still haven’t been refunded my payment for the new system, I’m sure they’ll take their time with that too.
