We had Walker, Warren and Jordan survey our property recently and they were amazing! They scheduled and completed the survey quickly, and everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again!

WWJS did a 5 acre survey for us near Hainesville, TX. We walked with the 2 guys the whole time: they were great! Clearly marked all boundaries plus found the stake for the next lot so we didn't encroach on them for our access. Easy company to work with. Nice folks. Would use again if the need arose.

Surveying & Mapping to be easy to work with, affordable and reliable. I have used them the past 5 years for many jobs and they have never let me down. They always do what they say, deliver when they promise and most importantly they do quality and accurate work. Brooke Blocker is amazing and has really gone above and beyond for me and my clients. They are my go to Surveyor.

I was recommended by a close friend to use this company for any surveying needs, and I cannot say that I had the best experience with this company. My husband and I were needing a survey done of our residential lot, and although Walker, Warren & Jordan Surveying were quick to respond to the inquiry, they failed to follow through on many occasions. I was told a couple of times that someone would call me back within a couple of days after doing some "research," but never got a call. Both times I had to call them after a week had gone by. Then I was told that someone would be out to complete the survey on a scheduled day, and the day that it was supposed to be completed, no one ever showed up. I called to ask what happened, and was told that no one was scheduled to go out because I had not payed the needed deposit, which was my first time hearing of this; no one mentioned the deposit prior. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely frustrating. Communication is so important to me, and this company failed to do that repeatedly. If you're looking for a great surveying company that is prompt, follows through, and has great communication; use Freeman Surveying.

Do not use them... They will survey the wrong lot!! And not take responsibility! 0 Stars if I could....

I'm the owner of Zi Construction Services in Tyler Tx. and also, a Realtor. My company Zi ordered a survey for a vacant lot in Bullard TX. with the intention of building a speck home for profit. We built the home it was 99% done and was under contract. The bank of the buyer ordered a new survey to show the home on the property and the company that was hired was Walker, Warren & Jordan Surveying. It was during this time WWJ themselves discovered this was not our lot. In fact, they had messed up so bad that our lot was actually 2 lots away (this was discovered in November 2021). We had to cancel the buyer’s contract. We then spoke with WWJ's rep. and she stated the company wanted to try to fix their mistake on their own. We (Zi Construction) tried to allow that as we know being a business it is important to try to right your wrongs and keep a good reputation. Their rep. was good at communicating but regardless of that we were being strung along and nothing was getting solved. We finally were at our whit’s end and insisted they file this on their insurance. They finally agreed to do so, we were given a contact person, company name and file number. From there I spoke to their insurance rep twice but was given no information on how they intended to precede with this insurance claim, no documentation or verbal information absolutely no information. I constantly called and emailed with no response and when I finally got a response, I was told our file had transferred to another representative. I begin trying my best to email and call this new insurance representative, with no success. (as of this review, I still have not been contacted by their insurance company!) Also, I looked into their insurance company RLI Insurance they are not BBB Accredited, and they have bad reviews.

I’ve also had a smaller issue when I paid extra for a expedited survey. I was given the survey documentation via email but when I passed by my lot there were no stakes placed on the lot to show me the lot dimensions. I had to call the company back to have them go place the stakes.

Please beware of using this company!!
