Overall

I would recommend Honeybucket over any other Porta John rental company! They have the cleanest rentals by far and are extremely attentive in making sure they maintain them along with any customer support you may need in a very timely fashion. Lee Hines has made my experiences with Honeybucket effortless, making it one less thing I have to worry about.

My husband called to see if they would deliver a portable restroom for a last minute request. The lady that picked up the phone replied, "You waited til today to request?" She kept talking over him and wouldn't even let him explain. I am thankful they could not provide their services to us. We don't need to give our money to rude people like the one that answered the phone.

In response to BOB Howard: Bob,
You had a handwash station for less than 90 days. We called a week prior to your conversation and spoke with B***n and advised him of the conflict of interest by having a portable toilet from one company and a handwash station from another company at your location. Vandalism is and has been an issue in the past when you have 2 competing companies at 1 location. We advised your employee that we would have to pick up the handwash station Per our company Policy. Your employee advised they were NOT happy with the portable toilet service from the other company and would make the call to have it picked up and call us to deliver a portable toilet. We have over 500 portable toilets and over 100 handwash stations set in the surrounding area. We regret that your company could not follow our company policy for service. We appreciate your 90 days of business and look forward to working with you in the future as long as our company policy is followed to obtain our service as we truly are #1 in a #2 business!!!

Was very disappointed that they refused to service the port-o-jons they contracted to a market downtown this past weekend :-( they claimed they would be unable to get to them because of traffic...but they very obviously could have...there were no road closures coming from the other direction.
I was told they are the cheapest in town. If you only need them for one day, they'll be ok but if your event is lasting more than a day, you're risking some unhappy attendees...

Edit in response: they had your name and that phone number on them. Took a picture of the signage but don't know how to upload it to a review...2 blocks east of Magnolia Market at the school Perhaps you need to check with your crew.. ? There was a lot of foot traffic through there...it got really bad by Saturday afternoon :-(
