One star is more than this company deserves. My husband and I have been dealing with this company since April. A job that should have taken 5 days dragged on for months on end. Their employees would not communicate when they would be on vacation and no one seems to provide an explanation as to why a supervisor never calls us back. This is the most dishonest and unethical company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My husband is disabled and we both work full time and we have spent countless hours trying to resolve a fraudulent additional bill that Mark Grow is insisting we pay so he can recoup money that he feels he deserves. He has been impossible to deal with and resolving this has become a full time job for my husband and I. The crew caused additional damage that we should not be held liable for. The supervisor Garrett has not even had the decency to return our numerous calls and resolve these issues. I do not want anyone else to go through the hardship of dealing with this company that is supposedly run on Christian values. We were still mailed an PAST DUE invoice and now have less than 10 days to deal with a company that WILL NOT RESPOND! Buyer BEWARE! They will make an error in their quote then try to extort you for what they feel they are owed. I did not want to resort to this but we have been trying to get answers since August 2nd. I have no problem paying the balance I do owe but I refuse to be strong armed into paying an additional balance. Unlike this company I actually have morals and values. Hopefully someone will read this review and actually care but at this point I am extremely disappointed and doubtful.

This man is a hard worker. The work was taxing and complex. It took several days and on the last day he came by himself and worked all day until the job was done. Not only that, he always had a smile, explained everything, and called supervisors when there were questions he couldn't answer. I'm so grateful. Thank you all so very much.

He went through the scope of work needed and helped me with the insurance claim process.
Kyle was great about explaining the process he understood my frustration with all that was going on (no one plans a plumbing leak) and was very empathetic. Everyone is really helpful and kind.
