I highly recommend signing-up for annual service for AC (Spring) and Furnace (Fall) by Genuine Comfort. For example: During the annual service this year, John W. saved me from needing a whole new furnace by finding a small crack that was leaking condensation, which could have resulted in significant problems. He takes pride in his work, treats my furnace as if it was his own, and clearly communicates what is going on. I have consistently experienced the same level of service from all their team members, and I choose to continue their annual service year after year. Worth every penny and peace of mind!

I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there. We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice. Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me. He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring. He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased. The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick. They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take. They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! We're happy with our system and especially happy with the value! And then to get a 'thank you' in the mail from them several days later? This company has my business :).

I have worked with lots of contractors over the years. These guys have been by far the easiest to work with. I highly highly recommend them. Read on if you want more details. It started off with Tony. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He listened and gave smart and honest suggestions. He was in contact throughout the entire process and was very helpful. I never felt rushed. Mark and Mac did the install. We were changing locations of the furnace and adding an A/C unit. They worked hard and got it done with as little mess as possible. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would not have any issues with them coming back to do more work in the future. Very easy to work with. Brian was sent over to fix the gas line. Since the furnace had been moved the gas line needed to be adjusted. He came in and ended up spending more time on it than he expected. He ended up running it a bit different to make it work perfect rather than just scab it together. It turned out perfect. He was very nice and easy to work with. Everything looks clean and professional. We are very happy.

What really put them over the top though, was the friendly, honest, attentive service. I could tell that they were performing the best possible installation for our needs, even with a tight installation location. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
