I have had an excellent experience with RMK Windows. Scheduling and measuring happened quickly. Installation went as planned. The whole process was smooth. The windows look great and the road noise inside our house is much diminished, which was a big reason I bought new windows.

We had to replace the French doors in my home and we went with a slider. Kelly was an absolute stud working with him. His customer skills and genuine ability to work with and care made the process fantastic. I he also arranged to have our subfloor repaired through contractors, which was his nephew Nic, also an outstanding gentleman to work with. Brody was the installer great personality does a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs a door or window replaced. I’m very happy with their service. I had bids from other companies and these guys had the best price, hands-down, and the best customer service, bar none.

RMK Windows is a fantastic company! The salesperson was thorough and helpful - answering every question we had and showing us a sample of their windows. On the day of installation, my wife ended up having to work from home and they went above and beyond to accommodate her and make sure she only had to move her workstation once. The installation went well and I was very impressed by the time and effort the installation team put to in making sure the windows were installed correctly.
The windows themselves look great and we have already noticed a change from our old aluminum windows. The biggest thing is the noise - I used to be able to hear every car driving by, now it's practically silent. Also, the old windows didn't stop the wind at all. It used to be like a freeze out everytime the wind blew and I was sitting near one of the windows. Now, I can't tell the difference between a windy day and a calm one. We had them installed earlier this month, so we haven't had a full utility month to comment on the savings on electric/gas, but based on how often the heater kicks on now vs before, I imagine it will be substantial.

UPDATE: 7/23/19 7 months after install and sending in rebate. This company has literally been the best, they have acted on all my concerns with compassion. Without hesitation Jason has bent over backwards for us. What Stellar Service I have been given. THANK YOU RMK windows for offering nothing but the best. I'm very pleased with the over all experience with this window company. i went with the cheapest option but triple pane cause i wanted the best result and they had indicated there was a rebate that could help with the cost of it. The only reason why I have shied away from giving it a 5 star review is because the rebate they tell you about is becoming a little more challenging then it should. It is not through them but if i had known a head of time i May have rethought about getting the triple pane. The team was great, they were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up nice after they completed the install. My original windows were single pane, metal and very old. These were definitely worth the money. I have not reaped the benefit of lowering my utilities but it has been a cold winter. I have however felt a major difference when i sit by them on a cold day. Over all I'm extremely glad i went through this company, I did shop around and they have the best prices in town.
