Overall

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent interaction with one of your representatives. A company representative visited my property, and I was very dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

The individual in question demonstrated a lack of professionalism and people skills. He was overly pushy during our interaction, and when things did not go his way, he became rude and left the property in an unprofessional manner. His partner apologized for his behavior as he angrily returned to the car.

I have taken a photo of the vehicle and would appreciate it if you could identify the representative involved. This behavior is not reflective of the standard of service I expect from your company, and I believe it warrants further attention.

I would appreciate a follow-up once this matter has been investigated. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address this situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

We have really enjoyed working with ES Solar. They have been super helpful and have answered all the questions we have had. We have also appreciated being updated during the whole process as they have gotten everything ready to be installed. Would definitely recommend!

10 month update: we were pretty happy at the beginning and now just regret the choice to get solar. We have consistently paid our monthly payment as well as an energy bill because our system is not generating what we consume. We were told we would consistently break even or at least be close but that has not been the case. Huge regret right now.

The process for getting our battery was pretty smooth and seamless. Trevor helped getting the process going and assisted whenever I needed assistance with anything. Aneisha, who was my project manager, was timely and easy to work with when needed. Luis and his installation crew went above and beyond when it came to the battery installation. Ben finished up the setup by testing that the system worked, showing me how to manage it, and even helped with the rebate process. It was a solid experience for me and my home.

Great company. Easy to work with and understand. They listened to what my goals are and helped me get the system to achieve those goals. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Installers made sure everything was clean and tidy when they were done. We added a battery to our system. All equipment is made by Solar Edge. ES Solar is now our solar company, which is nice because our previous installer and solar companies are out of business. I highly recommend them for any solar needs.

Amazing service. Highly recommend ES Solar. Had a battery and solar panel install completed on our home and the entire experience, from sales to install to final inspection was great. The salesman, Carson, was very respectful and explained all costs and rebates. No pressure and everything was laid out in writing. Install was on time and very clean. The support team gave updates on the project as approvals went through the city and power company. Very good experience and we are now saving $$ because of ES Solar. If you are thinking of going solar, definitely go through ES Solar.
