Me and my wife came home to find that our basement bathroom’s sink pipes broke, and caused a flood in the bathroom. We are fairly inexperienced with this stuff, and we were worried about getting mold in the bathroom, so that’s when we called Disaster Repair Team. They were quick and responsive to our problem, and they made the whole process easy. They came out and got it taken care of the day of the flood, and until now we haven’t had any problems with water or mold! They were friendly and patient with our situation They saved us a lot of future headaches, and I’d recommend them to anyone with water or mold damage.

The beginning with this company was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in and took care of our mold and sprayed other areas that we weren't sure about. As we progressed in our mold removal journey, it ended really quick. The first quote that we had to remove the mold was $1350.00. No idea if that is good or not. The quote to repair the drywall, carpet, and trim, was $1,865. This quote felt way too high for the amount that needed to be fixed. Back to that in a moment though. After a few days of the air purifier that they provided, a team member came and picked it up. As they picked it up, they knocked a light off the ceiling and ripped paint from it. The team member who came in just left in a rush without saying anything. My wife wasn't happy and messaged our contact about it because she felt as if it wasn't right. At this point, we pretty much got ghosted. As I was trying to fix the mold problem myself, I reached out to see if they could provide insight on how I could prevent future mold. I received no response.
I eventually found someone who could help me with repairs to get my room back to normal. Their quote was $1300-1450.
I really wish that the journey with these guys was better, but we got ghosted once we got to a point where we wanted to figure out how we could reduce a $1900 repair and the team taking out a light and paint.
