1300 sqft finished basement with walkout basement completed quickly in 2019 with high quality standard and allowing for coordination and education to make the right decisions. They were also flexible with us on finances, allowing us to pay some contractors directly for credit card rewards and distribute some payments for feasibility. 4 years later an issue came up due to a negligent contractor that was involved and they showed ownership by helping with the repairs.

Overall

Our basement was negligently flooded by a neighbor after completing a full-basement remodel in an older home a couple years previous. The first contractor experience was not something I wanted to go through again, but Brigham came to the house and offered a rare personalized touch that occurred from start to finish. Aspire and Brigham showed me there are still honest contractors in today's world. I've already recommended them to other family and friends.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Aspire and their team! We had an unfinished basement we were trying to complete to make extra space as we needed to expand the room we had at our townhouse. I called to ask for a quote, and they were able to come out the next morning to assess our space. While they were there getting measurements, they also suggested some quality of life improvements, which I would have never thought of. We were on a bit of a budget, but they were able to give us options to work around our budget, from carpet options, shelving, insulation, etc. They were able to get us the drawings and estimates just a couple of days later! Although Aspire wasn't the cheapest quote we received, they weren't the most expensive either, but they were by far the most transparent quote we received, listing each item individually so we knew what we were going to be paying for. And they only made us pay for the work that was already done, so we didn't have to worry about them taking our money, then doing sluggish work. The building process was equally easy for our family. They were able to bring all the workers and materials in and out through a window in the basement, so there were no strangers entering our house (with the exception of the inspector a few times which is no big deal). During the process, they did offer options for nicer items (insulation etc), there were ZERO sales tactics on their end trying to push us for the higher priced items, even though we did decide to pick a few of them after a few days of thinking on our end. At the end of the project, they had completed within the timeframe they had promised, with zero unexpected costs, which we greatly appreciated. After living and working in the space for a few months now, I can't say enough good things about their workmanship, we're so happy we picked Aspire Construction!

We loved working with Brigham and the team at Aspire! We had a basement to finish and also had them do some work on a room on our main floor. Our basement turned out better than we had imagined. They put so much attention in the little details and made sure everything in our “need” AND “want” lists were met and to budget! We really could not be happier with the work they did. It is amazing!
