Overall

Panden is a professional, forward thinking builder that truly cares about the customer experience. I found them to be far more organized and on top of their business than you typically see in their space. They did a good job of setting expectations, and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall

First off our estimator Matt did a great job of helping us figure out a plan that fit our budget. Our project manager Ivan was great and kept the project moving along nicely. The selection process was great and Robin did a great job helping us bring our vision to reality. All of the contractors did great work in a short amount of time. We're very pleased with the results and highly recommend Panden for any of your basement finishing needs!

Panden has been great to work with. After our initial meeting, we were considering other options for our project. Danny helped us modify our vision and helped ensure that we could stay within our budget.

Once we had the plan laid out Ivan was assigned to be our project manager. Ivan and his team were wonderful to work with. They were efficient and kept us updated on the progress. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience With the team and would recommend them to others.

We just completed our finished basement project with Panden Construction. Our basement turned out beautiful! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. Our project manager Jared went above and beyond to ensure we were content with the finished product. He helped us through out the entire process, communicated and put us at ease when small hiccups came up. Overall we had a great experience with the Panden team and the subcontractors they used. We will definitely be calling the Panden team for any construction needs in the future.
