Overall

I have worked with Complete Restoration multiple times as a property manager. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. We rely on them for an unbias third party assessment of needs and they are completely fair in their assessment and transparent with the entire process. They have communicated with me the whole way through each project and I truly appreciate that. I have also worked with more that one project manager and each has been equally as professional.

I’m not one to go back to leave any reviews, but after having to fix all of these issues I’m so fed up and frustrated. We paid to have our home renovated 2 years ago. Everything was NEW. We had an unfortunate fire and had to go through insurance to replace things in our home. Complete restoration was HORRIBLE. They broke or damaged several pieces of furniture (including a glass family heirloom) while moving out things, scratched up our floor moving out furniture and appliances so we had to replace our entire floor because the floor we currently had at the time was no longer being sold, in which they helped take off our brand new baseboards and put them back one once new flooring was in.. it looks awful. This also doesn’t count the paint drips from overspray in random places on our walls or side convos we heard them having with each other about some poor work we had done in our basement previous to the fire. The whole thing was just very unprofessional and I’m so upset that my husband and I put in so much money into our brand new home only to have it not taken care of by the people who were supposed to help us. I do not recommend them and would NEVER use them in the future. What a nightmare.

I am so happy with the excellent work this company did on my house after a flood. The communication was great, friendly hard working people that cared about my family and getting us back in our home as quickly as possible. All of the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them ! Greg, the project manager was very helpful and made every effort to keep the process moving smoothly.

Overall

Complete Restoration came out and took care of a flood I had from a backup in my downstairs bathroom. They were honest and communicated what to expect for the process. They were able to save my wood floors! Great experience. Interactions with employees were all very positive.

Overall

We had such a great experience with this company. Christian was great with communication and very informative! His team did great work! Duncan was fabulous. He always cleaned up after himself and made sure we were aware of what was going on. He worked hard and even was patient with my kids and puppies running around the house. I would definitely recommend!
