These guys don’t take into consideration that if there machine breaks down during regular business hours and we were unable to work while the machine was down. this was a one day rental and apparently when you have it for more than three hours they charge you for the whole day, even though the machine was down for three hours during business hours. They did not knock off any money for the rental. And it made my job drag onto the next day. It surprises me that they don’t take any of this into consideration.

Some of the best customer service you can find out there. They are always very friendly and willing to take care of their customers. I've only had a problem with one piece of equipment once and it happened to be on a Saturday. I gave them a call and they brought me out a replacement mini excavator. They are always able to get the equipment that I need even if it means transporting it from another store.
