Bill came today, following up on a warranty problem he'd detected and now has masterfully repaired. We alerted an entire condo community to a two-hour water shutoff, and Bill was completely done in 45 minutes. First-class service from a nice guy.

We had a slow leak in the house we moved into 4 weeks ago. Had a tech come out from another company and wanted a second opinion. Lee came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Really took his time with us and gave us so much information! We decided to go with them based on that. They got us in the next day with a new water heater with a great warranty, and Conner and Brady were SO KIND and thorough and helpful. The work looks great and they assured us that if we have any issues at all, that they’ll come right back out and take care of it. Definitely recommend!!

I’m so impressed you employ somebody like Ken Abbott! He made a special effort to call me the night before and make sure he knew what was going on with my radiant heat issue, came out early the next morning, and was so nice and kind and explained everything to me. He found the problem quickly, got all of the parts and fixed it in just a few hours. I was very impressed with him! Hooray for All Hours Plumbing that they have him on their team! A million thank you’s!

We had Whipple / All Hours Plumbing (same company) come out to assess a back flow issue with our main line drain system. The first tech was great. He ran an auger and fixed the immediate problem. It did cost $700 which is pretty outrageous.

We then had another tech come out to run a camera through the line to see what needed to be fixed. He didn’t record or take pictures. He gave us three quotes with three options. The lowest being $11k for a bandaid fix and $25k for a full pipe replacement from house to street.

This pricing is way beyond industry standard. I received another quote the next day from a reputable plumber for $8k for the full pipe replacement. Super frustrating to be taken advantage of. Also suspect that they don’t provide you with footage to review further. Customer service said they should take pictures at the least but the techs manager refused to redo it without charging us again.

I would never use Whipple or All Hours Plumbing again.

I love that this company has so many good reviews—and if my experience improves I’ll update this review. However, the customer service I’ve received has been abysmal. I wasted at least 1.5 hours in one day attempting to confirm and be available for a technician who will arrive more than an hour late. I suspect I wouldn’t have written a review if the manger I spoke with to provide this feedback would have listened, apologized and found the root cause so this wouldn’t happen again to future customers; instead he failed to apologize and attempted to end the conversation with “looks like all is going smoothly”. Obviously this isn’t the person you want running a largish local company customer service center. That said, all the other agents I’ve spoke with have been lovely.

Bottom line: I hope this is an outlier of a poor experience and that my interactions improve so that I can upgrade this review, but felt it prudent to warn others of possible wasted time, energy and effort.

First off, I want to say that this review should take nothing away from Kutler. He was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and performed the work extremely well. Major props and if I was reviewing him alone, it would be 5 stars. I trust his expertise and he did a whole plumbing inspection of the house giving me recommendations and tips for upkeep. In the future I would definitely request him personally.

I downgrade my review to 3 stars because of the expense. Maybe I am ignorant about the standard cost of plumbing services, but installing a $2K water heater should not cost me over $4K. Installing a kitchen faucet that I purchased myself shouldn't cost $700. The only reason I didn't install it myself was because I could not get the previous faucet off because of a tricky large nut.

All of the services together took about half a day, and I definitely understand that I should pay for the plumber's time, expertise, equipment, and other fees like the dispatch line. But I still don't see how that adds up to a service over $5K. I have a lot of mixed emotions because I believe the work was done extremely well, but my bank account hurts because of it. And according to Kutler, he was giving me a good deal. I worry what the standard price of that work would have been.

Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone.
