I recently decided to do a complete remodel on one of my bathrooms, and after a lot of research decided to contact Bath Crest for a quote. After discussing with the owner of Bath Crest what I wanted done, he gave me a quote and went over the process of the remodel so that I would know what to expect. I met Kim at their showroom and picked out all the materials and shortly after, workmen arrived to measure the shower stall, floor and the dimensions I wanted for the new vanity (which was hand made with quality materials). Each day the workmen/contractors arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and professional and cleaned up before they left. They tore out the old shower stall and vanity cabinet, put in new plumbing & fixtures, painted all the walls and installed new flooring and baseboards. The last day of the remodel, they even installed all of the lighting, hardware and medicine cabinet and made sure everything was perfect. There were no hidden costs and the total amount was just what I was quoted. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend this company if you are planning on a full or partial bathroom remodel.

Not Impressed requested a quote from here. There website and the receptionist both made them sound affordable. They refused to give me an estimate over the phone and insisted to have someone head over. When Brad showed up he advised that we only do high end bathroom remodels and it was out of our budget. Fine we understand it is what it is. I'm just upset that there website doesnt say prices and the receptionist is secretive with there prices. Piece of advise ask customers there budget before sending someone over. Brad was very professional and he did the inspection quick that was the only plus of the interaction. If your not ready to spend over 10k dont go here.

Brad and Kim are top notch. We were looking to make our basement bathroom open up and feel more modern. During the installation, as the tile guy was laying down tile, I realized that one of the problems with the bathroom was that the door was not set in the right position when the house was built. This was why we couldn't put a standard depth counter and also contributed to the small feel of the bathroom. I called Kim, thinking to myself, 1) she's going to kill me because they have a plan in action 2) they are going to make this so expensive to fix its not going to be worth it. None of that happened. For a modest charge to move the door, Kim, Brad and team went into action to make it right for us. I completely blew up their timelines because of this, but they adjusted and still got the bathroom done in a very timely manner. The whole time reassuring us that all that matters to them is it being right for us. Just can't say enough about how good they were to work with and how much we love what they did. Would definitely recommend them
